We had a wasp nest in a hedge. Called pest detective he was with us by 8 am next morning. Explained fully what he was going to do . Carried out the work to a very high standard, very friendly and helpful chap would recommend this company to anyone.

Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. So I was very happy to have Paul treat the house properly and to have things explained to ensure this treatment works! Would highly recommend to anyone, very professional and knowledgeable.

David dealt with a hornets nest in-between a porch and roof space at my Mother's home. He was on site within 24 hrs of speaking to him and prompt to the time he gave me. Kind and thoughtful to my Mum who is senior, I would recommend his services.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Since then, we’ve had absolutely no troubles! Amazing customer service and ideal end result.

I highly recommend Jonathan , Three Counties. We found a clothes moth issues & contacted him. His initial visit (free) was very informative , no pressure to book anything, and upfront on costs. When he did come to do the treatment, very clear Instructions on what he was doing and how long to vacate house. With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.

A top class service. I had already contacted several companies who charged double that of West Country and who did not provide the prompt service I needed. West Country responded immediately and set about eradicating the wasps in quick time - useful because our roofers had just arrived and alerted me to the problem! Very prompt efficient service to sort out two wasps nests. Lee was very knowledgable and helpful. I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice. Rang Lee in the morning. He arrived early afternoon, listened carefully about our wasp problem, didn't find any nest where I indicated, but he then walked our back garden boundary and found the nest causing the problem. I had another company came to my property they said I haven't got any rodents in my property later that evening I see a rat in my kitchen I called jurassic pest control and they had some one out straight away the guy pulled everything out of my cupboard fridge,freezer, washing machine he showed me were they were coming from I can honestly say I haven't seen anymore since there visit I blocked all the holes that needed blocking thank you so so much

Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. We have since signed up with Jurassic Coast Pest Control to check our property every few weeks as we do not live here very often. So far this company has not let us down. I would like to also add that we had a problem in the summer with wasps, once again the problem was soon gone. Thank you for the great service provided
