We contacted Chris with short notice due to an unexpected change of moving date, Chris was very proactive and punctual. He had great communication and offered to help us out short notice. The locks were changed to a high standard and he was informative with what he was doing. He changed two UPVC locks and a patio lock for us, for what we think, a reasonable price. Absolutely fantastic job chris has done on my front door lock. My door had deadlocked itself and was worried I was going to have to get a new door. Luckily it was just my lock that decided after years of use broke. Chris was on time, really polite and talked through everything what was happening and was a really good price too. Highly recommended and will use in the future again 😊

Very prompt response to initial message and came out same day at a time to suit me. Fixed front door lock quickly and efficiently, explained exactly what he was doing throughout, clean and tidy and reasonably priced for same day call out. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Great job. Super friendly guy, communicated well - was able to give me an idea of potential price/time etc before he arrived and I was lucky that the job was even cheaper and quicker! Called him to sort a window that was no longer locking. Would definitely call him again for similar issues.
