Absolutely exceptional service leaving me entirely bewildered as to why I ever went to Timpsons in the first place. Keys cut at a fraction of the price in absolutely no time at all, both of which worked first time (unlike my previous extremely expensive trip to Timpsons). Can't rate highly enough, I'll certainly be back again!

Craig will always give a great service. If he is capable of saving a pair of shoes he will. Best cobblers and key cutters in Stourbridge by a mile.

Customer service is excellent, prices are very competitive and he is a top bloke too which is the cherry on the cake! 👌 would recommend to anyone looking for key cutting, shoe repairs or watch battery replacements etc. Have also had other things from his shop like shoe laces, cosy insoles etc.
