Thank you, Ricky! My children and I got locked out of the house due to an old latch system and couldn't use my key to get back in! After we spoke on the phone, he was with us within 10 minutes, and within the hour we were back in the house. He assessed which was the least destructive way off getting back into the house, and replaced our lock within the hour. My neighbour gave me Ricky’s number as he had done work for them a few weeks previously. I found him to be very friendly and helpful. He spent two hours at our house fixing a window jammed shut and not only fixed the problem but discovered another issue and sorted that too without additional cost. Professionally he’s very knowledgeable. The thing that made me realise I’d found a really good tradesman was when he stood at my front door and I took him through the house to look at the job and when I turned around he had taken his shoes off and was carrying them under his arm.
