Once again visited this traditional shoe repair shop in the hope of repairing a broken lace cleat on my walking boots. Incredible customer service by a lovely couple who own this shop, even stopping their work to help me out. A fantastic repair completed within half an hour and my boots are good to go again! I've got to tell you all how pleased I am with the job they did on my sandels and boots , I was imaging just a piece of leather attached to the strap of my sandels but no, you would never believe I had to lengthen the straps such a wonderful professional job, and my boots needed stretching. Excellent service. Sent my Leather RM williams boots here for a polish after I spilt oil and diesel on them. Thought they were completely ruined but JB shoe repairs made them look literally better than new. Could not recommend more.
