I went to their shop to see if they could cut a Spanish key, which they ordered and cut within 24 hours for me. Michael was so friendly and helpful.....and it was a pleasure to meet him and his approach to customers was brilliant. First class service!!!!. On the off chance i also asked if they would be able to mend a broken lock on my bi-fold doors, which we hadn't been able to open for over 18 months...Michaels dad (i am sorry i can't remember your name) came and had a look and within an hour, my door was open, broken lock replaced and all good as new and such a reasonable price. Lost my door key today and in much less than half an hour he was here with his bag of tools. Really friendly personable guy offering a number of alternatives to the situation. He was so calm and able to clamber over the back gate, drill out the lock and replace it all within about 20 minutes. Amazing. Yes, I would definitely recommend him. Thank you so much Tony.
