Amazing service. Took 3 pairs of shoes to get the sole glued back on, they did a fantastic job and then didn’t charge me anything, because it was “just glueing”. Still, it took time and glue, but I’m super happy. Favourite shoes are so hard to replace.

I recently went to Timpson’s to get my car key replaced, the remote was fine but the key itself needed sorting. Laura was incredibly helpful – although they didn’t have just the key in stock, she went out of her way to find a solution for me. Took our granddaughter to get her first door key cut, she was very excited as it’s a sign of growing up. Laura was absolutely brilliant with her, she understood the occasion and chatted about keeping the key safe etc and made it a memorable experience. It made our granddaughters day. Very quick turnaround for adding rubber soles to my boots and the lady who served me was very friendly and helpful too! She even called me to say my boots were ready earlier than anticipated so I could collect them in the meantime if I wanted to.
