Tim provides an outstanding service, he's available, reliable and knowledgeable and has always done an excellent job getting us secure again. I called Tim after my Mother's lock/mechanism failed on one of her doors, thinking I would need to replace the door I was lucky enough to find Tim, really pleasing to find a tradesperson top of their game. Once Tim was told of our problem realising my Mum was elderly he reacted very quickly and reassured us the problem would soon be solved and true to his word it most certainly was. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, very patient and charged a very fair price. Lucky us to have found Tim, I couldn't recommend him enough and would definately be using him again. I called Tim from Hazlewood Locksmiths in the morning at 11:45 AM when my front door lock mechanism failed. Despite having a packed day with around 17 jobs, he still managed to come out that afternoon and get it sorted. The part he replaced wasn’t even something you could just pick up from a shop, but he had it with him. You can tell straight away that he’s got years of experience. He was quick, professional and explained what he’d done in a really straightforward way. No issues, just got the job done properly. He also mentioned that doors can shift slightly depending on the season and offered to come back and adjust it if needed free of charge, which really shows how much he cares about doing things right. On top of that, he’s someone you instantly feel you can trust and his prices were very reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. We’ve used his services several times. 👍🏻 😊

Excellent!!! Jacob attended the address, tested the faulty instrument cluster in my mazda 3 called back a week later with replacement he ordered,calibrated and fitted in around 40 minutes with only a modest charge considering what others would have charged. First class this young man is most professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Ignore any negative feedback from anyone. I attended ECU and as warned by others they were unable to resolve or find a replacement!

Stephen was literally a live saver tonight, I was lock out my house with my son and he literally took under 15mins to get to my house to unlock the door, he was very friendly and light hearted, he also recommended some places to get some decent keys cut, will be using this locksmith again if im ever in another pickle!

He came the day I called and fixed my broken lock. He needed to get a new part and was back that day to complete the job. My door is usable again and works better than before as I can now close and lock my door without fighting it. Thanks for the speedy and reliable service. I would recommend this business.

Visited the Allenton store with a friends watch that had had a battery change elsewhere and now couldn't be wound after the clocks went back. Very good quality key cutting for car keys, they have done 6 sets of keys for 4 cars which one was a new case. The others I bought decent cases of eBay and they cut them and I swapped over the internals. No issues at all with the keys working in the locks and they were all friendly and great prices. I only did 2 out of emergency really but since they were great I followed up buy doing the others since the other 2 cars are 07 and 08 so the original Vauxhall fobs were collapsing on the buttons making them hard to use. Not now, all my cars have as new fobs :)

Cannot recommend this company highly enough from first phone call to having my keys made Ash couldn’t do enough to help kindness isn’t a thing of the past this young man had it by the bucket loads even carried my heavy bags in for me very reasonable pricing some of the quotes I had was so high he’s my go to guy 10/10

After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service. Rang and made an appointment for a replacement car key. Fitted me in a couple of days later. Took half an hour to sort out the key. The guy was really friendly and professional and the key works fine. Takes cash, card or bank transfer payments. Much cheaper than going through car dealership too. Would definitely recommend.
