Just had a round at this wonderful golf course. The course was is great condition the greens are immaculate and true will definitely be back.

Can't believe how nice this place is and for the price you can't go wrong. Very quirky course with some very interesting holes. An absolute bargain. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

We had our annual society day there and the course was in excellent condition especially the greens, a massive thank you to all the staff who couldn't have made us more welcome, we will definitely be back next year.

This is a fantastic golf course. One of the best I've played in a long time. The greens were immaculate possibly the best I've ever had the pleasure of playing on. The course is reasonably challenging and has a lot of character. With some stunning views down the fairways on some holes. I played on a warm sunny day after a run of dry weather so the greens were really fast and true. It took me a while to gauge my putting and a few times my ball landed on the green and rolled off the other side. I didn't mind it made the round more fun. I hired a golf cart but I wouldn't recommend it as the fairways are not flat at all which means you bounce up and down all the way round with your clubs clanging in your ear (If you have ever played Gosforth golf course they are all like the 18 fairway). This feature makes playing the fairways more fun and interesting. Next time I'm going to use my trolley and walk. The golf course is elevated so you get lovely views of the surrounding area especially from the first tee. The pictures of the Angel of the north are from the 18 fairway. This means it was a little windy which added an extra challenge on some holes. The facilities are good especially the changing room which is huge with loads of lockers. I didn't eat order drink and only visited the pro shop which was well stocked. The pro was really friendly and helpful as was everyone I met on the way round. I look forward to playing this course again.

I was at a wedding there. What a view from the balcony to the 18th hole!!! It's so nice and not too big as a venue. The staff at the bar were fabulous. Nice size car park, too. All in all, I can't fault this perfect venue.
