Forget this no call out fee nonsense. Phil was upfront with his fee and that's all it cost and when you've got water dripping through your lounge room ceiling you want speed and efficiency. That's what I got. He's a lovely guy: old enough to have all the experience and young enough to have a smile on his face. Highly recommended for a great job at a fair price.
