I dealt with Nigel who from the off was accommodating and friendly throughout, once I had explained my issue and what I required; he took the time to talk me through my options and relayed these thankfully into words I could understand. On Nigel’s prompt arrival, he instantly made me feel comfortable and managed to get his work complete in the time frame of which he advised for a more than competitive price. I will certainly be using Arcs and Sparks again for any other electrical requirements!
