Fraser squeezed us into his already busy day as we were desperate and he quickly managed to sort out the problem with our electric boiler and restored our heating and hot water again after 6 days without. He charged no call out fee and the work was very reasonably priced and very tidy. Thank you so much Fraser!! Fraser and Marco are professionals at what they do. We first had a EICR safety check carried out at a property in which we took the advice Fraser provided us with to replace some under lighting in the kitchen with new LED strip lights which look fantastic. We also had bathroom fan extractors replaced which now work and perform brilliantly. Subsequently during that time Fraser conducted an investigation in our loft extension to find and resolve the electrical issue we had and it is now safe to use! Install fan heater in bathroom. Power supplied via upstairs socket fitted with RCD & fused spur. Fraser probably didn't expect to become a removals person in order to access the above socket. It was no trouble, very obliging. Very polite. Safety conscious, talked me through what needed doing & any further advice given. Very tidy. Also inspected current underfloor heating.
