Yuval came out to help find and repair a leak that we were having in the area under our kitchen sink. He did a great job of finding the problems, and installing our new faucet & garbage disposal and replacing a hose to our dish washer. At first, things went very poorly with the dispatcher on the day of the scheduled service. There seemed to be no communication between the very nice people at the front-end office and the dispatcher who had incorrect information, resulting in delaying the arrival of the technician until the final ten minutes of the four-hour window.
