We were seeking a new contractor for a building we manage in South London and came across AKK. After meeting Aaron on-site at one of our properties, we were instantly impressed with his approach – wishing to walk the building with us, note issues we had and issues he identified as an expert. These issues were then priced for, with cost options, and Aaron’s willingness to adhere to our budget ensured we were able to deal with the most important items first, with less pressing issues to follow when the budget allowed. This good impression followed through with excellent communication between AKK and ourselves, making managing a remote site much easier. A schedule of works provided in advance of the tasks being carried out ensured we were able to liaise with Tenants and keep them informed, arrange to keep areas clear and enable AKK and patrons to the site to work safely. Following this work up with photographic evidence provided us with additional reassurance, saved on costs of visiting site immediately and gave us ample information to feedback to clients. Working with AKK on this project was a breeze - we have since instructed them for additional works and hope to continue working with them across our portfolio.

Aaron did a great job with the light fixtures in my flat. The flat required quite a bit of work and Aaron was very helpful from the get-go. After we discussed what needed to be done, Aaron provided me with an accurate quote and made sure to follow the timelines we agreed. The flat has now a brand new air to it – it looks modern and bright. Aaron also installed the breakfast bar pendant lights which look amazing!
