Visited dental practise today to see hygenist Kully. Excellent service as alwsys. Due to continuity of seeing her, she always understands the sensitivity I have in my teeth and always cleans my teeth with great care. She puts me at ease and explains in detail all that she is doing. The assistants are always polite ,courteous and caring.
. I hadn’t been to a dentist for years due to a bad experience in a different practice. I eventually plucked up the courage to see what my options was regarding dental work. The receptionist when I had my first ever appointment went above and beyond to be compassionate and understanding of my situation, gave me reassurance and a breakdown of what will happen and all the costs and even gave me time too think it through, on top of that matched me with DR Gohar, the most gentle, kindest understanding dentist you could ever meet! everyone who works there is also lovely and welcoming and I’m very happy I found this practise and highly recommended to others, especially for nervous patients.
Great dentist, admittedly not the cheapest. I have been going here c.7 yrs, but I was pretty afraid of a trip to the dentist before going here. I don’t understand the negative comment about the front desk, I can honestly say they offer some of the best and most polite customer service you can find. Five stars.
Excellent service today from hygienist Tracey and her assistant. Very professional but friendly manner. Explained everything clearly and gave good advice for ongoing dental health.
