Dr. Shafi is an exceptional dentist who prioritises maintaining natural teeth and promoting long-term dental health before resorting to invasive and unnecessary treatments. His extensive knowledge and experience are evident in every interaction, which makes for a reassuring visit every time. I trust his judgement and am confident in the care he provides, so much so that despite now living 2 hours 30 minutes from the practice, I’m prepared to make the trip for peace of mind and to know I’m in safe hands. The reception staff are also incredibly helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a professional and patient-focused dentist.

Visiting the Dentist is not really anyone’s first choice of an excursion, but the staff are always extremely friendly and welcoming. Great people. Dr Shafi is an outstanding professional and genuinely seems to care for the welfare of his patients. I have been attending this practice for over 10 years now and have never felt like any treatment was unnecessary, overpriced, or more uncomfortable or painful than it ought to be. When I moved out of the town I chose to retain my dentist and travel the extra distance as I was always so pleased with how I was treated. If I had to travel 100 miles for my 6 monthly check ups I would happily do so

His expertise and attention to detail were incredible, and he was able to work magic with my teeth. The entire process was smooth, and the results are beyond what I could have hoped for.
