Excellent care and treatment. All staff are really lovely. Vlad the dentist who treated me and the dental nurse were patient, professional and extremely caring. Thankyou very much.

Suffered a badly broken front tooth but reception, those heroes on the front desk, were able to get me a next day appointment, very efficient. I was convinced an extraction would be necessary but Vlad was able to build the tooth back up again. It was amazing work and I was so grateful. Added to that the cost was far less than I expected. You'll never get better than this !

Quite a deep filling in a difficult tooth to access. The dentist was so caring and considerate. More importantly no pain!

Amazing from start to finish. Explained how anxious I was and the dentist explained what she was going to do and if it was okay to carry on so I wouldn’t panic. Made me feel completely at ease and comforted. Definitely made it easier to come back for another appointment!

The staff are very welcoming and put you at ease, they talk through what they are doing and keep asking you if you are OK, which makes it an overall pleasant experience (to say your going to the dentist lol 😂) I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone. many thanks to all the staff

I had to get to the age of 27 before finding a dentist that seemed to actually care about my teeth. For years I've had dentists question my intelligence, perform bad work, wanting to take out teeth as a first option, and try to charge me when I know I shouldn't be. Neil Appleby has fixed a problem tooth I had for months. He did everything he could to try and save it. He listened to me. He was kind. He was calming. He clearly cares and is passionate about his work. All of the dental nurses that have been there have been super friendly and reception are always so welcoming. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

We registered at this practice when we moved to North Hykeham on another patients recommendation, so glad we did we cant recommend them highly enough, both dentists here are really nice and very patient, in fact all of the staff are pleasant helpful and very welcoming, if your looking for a caring dental surgery then this is the place to go, you wont regret your choice if you register here its lovely

The most friendly, professional and polite staff members I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a client of Neil Appleby for almost 17 years and I have never had a single glimmer of a negative experience. Just wish there was room to enroll my partner as a client as she’s been passed from pillar to post at other Lincoln dental surgeries with wrong diagnosis or shoddy (and expensive) dental work

It was my first time visiting Dr. Patel and he was brilliant. I’m a very nervous patient and I was anxious about changing to a new dentist, but I left feeling like I was in very good hands. Dr. Patel was very thorough, very attentive, and talked me through his thoughts on my possible treatment and made me feel like my input was valued. I don’t think I’ll ever get over my fear of the dentist, but it’s a nice change to have a dentist that isn’t dismissive about it. I highly recommend!

Had my first appointment today at Willows Dental and it exceeded expectations. The initial check up I received was very thorough and I even had Dr Jayesh talk me through the X-rays of my teeth and he give me an excellent explanation of everything he could see in the pictures and offered recommendations for the future. All staff were so polite and I can only give the highest recommendation to anyone seeking a dentist or a change of dentist. Many thanks Jayesh and the team.

Popped in to ask for some advice on a gum problem. Saw a nice dentist who explained a few things and hopefully I will get the problem resolved. The staff were all very lovely which helped keep me at ease as I have a phobia of dentists

Very impressed with the service I received. I was a little concerned prior to my appointment as I knew the practice had been recently taken over. However, I didn't need to worry as Dr. Alex's high standards are clearly being maintained by the new dentist. Very friendly staff. I felt the treatment I was given was first class and have every confidence that my dental care will be to a high standard.

Just joined this dentist and had treatment. The staff are super chilled but retain professionalism. Receptionists are lovely, communication is excellent. Like many of us, we are anxious when seeing the dentist. Andrew and his assistant were caring, informative and managed to relief any stress I had. Treatment was swift but not rushed. Treatment I had was the best I've ever experienced. Top class!! The technology they use is very impressive too, in order to make decision-making. Dentist also discussed many different options, tailored to my specific needs. Prices are reasonable too. Only regret... not using this dentist years ago. Thank you!

Been going to this practice for a couple of years and it is great. Friendly, professional staff, who go out of their way to explain things with absolutely no pushing for more work. Had a crown fitted that was very tricky but has worked. Fabulous imaging to show progress throughout. It is not cheap but if you are OK to pay, you will get a good service.

I was referred to Pure Dental by my NHS dentist for a specialist root canal treatment (rear molar) which required the expertise of an endodontist. The work was done on a private basis by Dr Hendrikse and the experience could not have been better. He was kind, gentle and explained everything during the procedure. If you need this kind of work doing I can recommend Dr Hendrikse, he is very experienced and thorough. The practice itself is modern, clean, spacious and has good parking. Dr Hendrikse is the best dentist I have ever used.

I had a very sensitive tooth and it was dealt with within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Been using Scartho Dental Care for over 20 years and can I say from friendly greeting on arrival to Professional and thougher treatment they have been excellent. Andrew the dentist always has time to give a thougher examination and explanation on his findings, Lorna the hygienist also very thoughtful to any problems and sensitivity whilst thoroughly cleaning your teeth. Would thougherly recommend this practise to anyone.

It's taken me 70 years to find a dentist as kind and understanding and who cares about their patients. All my front teeth had worn down as I didn't have any back teeth to chew with. I was just terrified of having any dental treatment, especially with me having a really bad gag reflex. From my initial consultation I was treat with kindness, patience and respect. I couldn't believe at one appointment I was actually sat in the chair for over four hours. Joey (Mr Gray) was wonderful, made me feel relaxed even having impressions which I've never been able to handle. After six months of treatment I now have crowns at the front and a couple of false teeth to finish off. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially Joey 👍I should mention too that all the nurses and receptionists are fantastic and friendly too.

Dr Gray and his lovely dental nurse were amazing, I was so very nervous before the procedure but Dr Gray informed me all the time on what he was doing. I love my composite veneers. Seeing them for the first time left me speechless and I had to hold back the tears after having bad front teeth for so many years. So again thank you Dr Gray, for your amazing work.

My experience with Wolds Dental at Market Rasen has been superb. From my initial contact, through to my first consultation with Nadene, I have been treated with care and the utmost respect at all times. Nadene made me feel incredibly at ease and explained the whole process to me. My treatment plan was compiled extremely quickly and I was booked in for surgery on the 1st August 2024. I have had all on 5 on my upper jaw and all on six on my lower jaw. The surgery in my case was lengthy, -I had a lot of infection to clear out- but I was made to feel at ease and comfortable during the whole procedure. Nadene, Salman - The Dentist- and Bobbi were wonderful and very caring. They were constantly checking on my well-being and asking if I needed to take a break. I am very happy with my teeth in a day, and it is wonderful to be able to smile again without feeling ashamed of my appearance. I have also had a couple of queries since the procedure and Nadene has dealt with them with patience, courtesy, compassion, and has been extremely informative, helpful and above all professional and caring.. All the staff I have encountered at Wolds dental are consummate professionals and I can’t thank them enough. Thanks again, Gav

I had my first appointment today with Mr Johnny, after a few years of not being to a dentist. I get very anxious about going but I have to say today has probably been the most relaxed I have ever been. He is so kind, patient, thorough and friendly it makes so much difference so thank you.

Today I had an appointment with Mr Johny. I had obvious pre appointment anxiety due to previous experiences but wow what a difference today. Mr Johny introduced himself to me and took the time to listen to me. He was extremely polite, respectful and professional. My treatment was thorough and painless. I am now very happy to be able to smile again with confidence. Thank you so so much for making my dental appointment such a pleasant experience.

After calling nhs 111 for the 3rd time and having visited 2 dentists prior to this I told them the same as the previous and the looked and confirmed I need an extraction. I was in and out in 20 minutes with the extraction complete. Fantastic staff would highly recommend
