My second time visiting a hygienist and Rita was lovely. Reception staff at Iconic Smiles are also lovely and helpful.
Just my 6 monthly check up, but this was a very good experience. Seen on time, after having a quick chat with the lovely receptionist, a very thorough check up by the dentist and some helpful advice given.
I visited the hygienist today and was very pleased with the service and information that she provided. The receptionist is always so friendly and welcoming , which really helps when you are a bit nervous. Thank you.
I’m quite a nervous patient but whenever I arrive the lovely receptionist always has a smile on her face and so so friendly. The dentist I have seen is always so calm and reassuring I’m easily put to ease straight away. She generally cares and always asks how things are checks health of gums as well as teeth.
Very nice dentist, she introduced herself & her assistant making me feel at ease. She also explained what the general checkup involved. The receptionist is lovely, very friendly & chatty.
