To my surprise, Bobby answered and was incredibly attentive and prompt. Even though there were no immediate appointments, he assured me he’d keep me informed about any cancellations. The next morning, Bobby called me with an available slot and arranged an appointment for me, demonstrating extraordinary customer service.
