The level of care myself and family have received from this dental practise has been absolutely superb. Having had extractions and implants recently I have visited the surgery frequently and each time I am immediately put at ease and informed each step of the way. My daughter who is 4 has no nerves or fear when visiting the surgery and this is testament of their care and the environment they have created. I have complete confidence in Mr Petal which is priceless and you just know that you are in the best hands.

This is our family dentist. When we moved to Cheshunt we were looking for a dentist we felt confident with. Dr Patel has always treated my family with care and kindness, gives timely treatment and often advice as preventative measures. Our daughter has had teeth with abnormalities and the dentist has always been realistic in his diagnosis, made referrals when necessary and employed as much preventative measures as possible. We are really happy with our experience with Cheshunt Dental Practice, they are expert and thoroughly professional. When we move we’ll be travelling back to CDP to continue our dental care here, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. E, aged 10 says: I always come to the dentist happy and calm.I feel safe when I am at the dentist because it is a kind dentists and nurses’ also, and it is very clean and nice. ** Elsie has teeth with abnormalities which require 3 monthly check ups and regular treatment.

I went to Cheshunt Dental Practice a few weeks ago and the dentist and staff are amazing. They are friendly, informative and very attentive. I was a bit anxious as I had to do an extraction but Dr. Patel was great that I can almost say I didn’t feel a thing. Would highly recommend.

Rumeet was so fantastic today - I am a very nervous patient and it was my first time at this practice today and he really made me feel at ease and confident to book in with him for my filling. Anita was also really lovely at the front desk ensuring everyone was seen to promptly and greeted everyone with a lovely smile. I will be staying with this practice going forward. HEARTWARMING experience from the moment checking in, lovely reception staff. Nurse was caring and supportive. Dentist was so informative and kind. I need a new crown and I was talked through all options, I felt comfortable and confident with the treatment plan. I definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone unsure and nervous. Absolutely love this practice and have been attending for many many years. When I first started needing any form of treatment, I had a severe phobia of needles (literally fainting, panic attack style phobia) and I recall needing a route canal. The dentist assistant at the time literally gripped my hand whilst I was getting the injection and gave me nothing but encouragement throughout and even the dentist themself was willing me on, taking their time and checking how I was feeling every few minutes. That experience has always stuck with me. I’ve been given prescriptions within an hour of calling up for abscesses on my wisdom teeth which at one stage were a constant problem for me (impacted) but rather than make me suffer, the dentist would prescribe me antibiotics without needing to be seen and immediately upon calling due to how quickly my infections escalate. The reception staff go out of their way to help you and always greet you with a lovely cheerful greeting and my current dentist is pleasant and great at her job! Cannot fault this practice. It reminds me of the good old days with good traditional values and atmosphere

I have been seeing Sonali for years and she has always taken good care of me with my checkups and any work that needs to be done. Sonali is really nice and she always does a great job so would definitely recommend.

I never dread going to my dentist. She is so professional and extremely good at her job. She is pleasant and always collects me from the waiting room. She has a wonderful relationship with her dental nurse who is a delightful caring human being. Thank you both.

I’ve been putting off going to the dentist for a long time because of bad experiences with others in the past, but was made to feel so comfortable here. The staff are so professional and friendly. Dr Jiwa was wonderful and made me feel completely at ease. Very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend!

Firstly before I give my good reviews I have to start with the bad. This was my daughters first appointment with this practice. So the first person we met was the rude receptionist lady who made no eye contact didn't even say hello. Now when we left she didn't even acknowledge us standing there waiting to make a appointment she was on her phone. Again no eye contact and didn't even say anything to me or my child. Very odd as when there was a other family she smiled and greeted the kids after there appointment and gave them stickers!!! Why was that energy not given back to us very odd women. But regardless the dental practitioners was absolutely amazing very friendly my daughter was nervous but they made here feel comfortable and they did more for than any other dentist being informative so that's why I give them 4 stars if it wasn't and based off the rude not friendly receptionist I would of given them 1 star!
