I’m a nervous patient who hasn’t been to the dentist in many years. Diane put me at total ease. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all which I really appreciated. Afterwards, the lady on reception was really friendly too. A great experience.

I've been at this dentist for 35 years now. The reception staff are fantastic as always. My son went today and saw a new dentist there called Josh. My son (22) has a couple of neurological conditions and suffers with severe anxiety. Donald (who is one of the best) was in there too with the dentist. He actually thought Josh was great! He kept my son informed before he done anything and explained it fully until he got it. He was very empathetic to his needs and let him do some work on his teeth. It's bad enough having a fear of the dentist, but having trust in the dentist looking after you is 70% of the battle. Thanks Josh, you had a very positive impact today. Thankyou.

I've not had the best time the last few times but the guy I saw today more than made up for that. He had mid length hair and was on the top floor but I don't know his name. He's been there since September 24 and I highly recommend him as he was friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and had a smile. I hope he's there when I return.

My daughter broke her tooth Friday. I called iconic smiles straight away, even though they are very busy, Tanya the receptionist got her in. Her tooth was built up by the very talented Natasha. It looks perfect, like her own tooth. I really can't recommend the whole team enough. They are professional, caring and extremely good with nervous patients. If I moved to Scotland, I'd still use them. They are stuck with me. Sorry Tanya 😁

Me and my partner have been going to this practice for a couple of years now, and can actually say we look forward to our appointments! I recently had Composite Bonding and teeth whitening done with Pav, and I honestly am still amazed at the results. I’ve had so many compliments on how natural they look (attached before & after pics). The best part really was the service from the team - they knew I wanted to get it done in time for a special trip, so made sure I fitted in the diary so everything was perfect for me before going! Huge thank you to Pav, Steph and Avnisha for this. I think we’ve been seen by most of the dentists here now and can safely say every single person in the team, including the receptionists/dental nurses, are so friendly, kind and patient. I look forward to catching up with them all every 6 months 🤣 Could not imagine going anywhere else.

After having a bad experience with another dentist in the past I was very nervous but after reading the reviews here I decided to book with them. I can honestly say that they are all amazing here. Anvisha is a very sweet, kind and lovely lady. She makes you feel so welcome and has an amazing calm and gentle presence about her. Steph is also very similar and such a friendly girl. I was very nervous at my first appointment with them but have been back a few times since then and I get the same warm welcome every time. You have restored my faith in dentists. Thank you!

Started going to the dental practice in April from the moment I entered I knew this was the right practice for me. The receptionist was welcoming and put me at ease. The dentist and dental nurse were also really friendly throughout my visit. Treatment plan was set up so you know exactly what your costs are. I have been back 4 times since and each time a gold star service. AMAZING

Just had a family appointment with this dentist, who we have all used for many years. The best dentist we have ever used. Very helpful and friendly. Always put us all at ease. As like most people, we are nervous of dentists but all of the staff at this practice are great and the work they carry out is a high standard. Highly recommend!

I was so nervous but everyone was lovely, patient and understanding. I had two fillings and I didn't feel them at all. I'm really pleased with the end result and feel 100% comfortable returning for any further treatment. Thank you to everyone involved in making my visit a nice experience.

Highly recommend this surgery, tucked away down a side alley. Lovely quaint building. Always made to feel welcome. Appointments run on time. Dentist and Nurse are always kind, patient and reassuring. They are excellent with my young neurodiverse 8 year old. Gentle and caring and explaining every little detail to him before they do it. Best dentist I’ve ever had. 5 ⭐️

Had two appointments, roughly two weeks apart. One for diagnosis and medication and one for an extraction. Saw a dentist called Sean Barlow. Going to the dentist is never normally a nice experience, but Sean was excellent both times. I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else now. I only started having treatment at Together Dental Broxbourne this summer, and have been impressed by how professional, but also kind and understanding all the staff are. Nothing is a problem. I went to them with a serious infection, I was pretty unwell with it, but am happy to say I was in the hands of a very experienced team, my treatment started on the day I called to make an appointment. I saw Ria recently for a hygienist appointment and was a little nervous as my last clean up was February. Ria and her assistant were really lovely, I felt at ease and came away feeling great. If anyone is nervous about having anything to do with dentists I'd strongly recommend a visit to see this great team.

Dr Ballard is amazing.. I have been coming to dr Ballard for over 5 years and every time I visit my experience is 5 star she explains everything to you and makes you feel extremely comfortable I feel scared to get treatments done but with Dr Ballard she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed.. thank you for always making my experience amazing and comfortable..

I can’t highly recommend Dr Patel enough! Dr Patel has given me so much great advice and treatment over the past few years. Dr Patels whole approach feels personal. She puts you at ease and explains all treatments thoroughly. Not only by discussing the dental plan but she also provides visuals to help you know what your teeth will look like after treatment. I have recently had full composite bonding on my upper teeth. Dr Patel and I had consultations throughout and it wasn’t rushed at all she wanted to get it right for me. Dr Patel worked really hard for me to feel comfortable with my smile again. Nothing is too much trouble for her and when she checks in to make sure I’m happy with the end result in her own time, I know she cares about me and her work. The staff at the practice are also superb they are so friendly and efficient. It’s an all round great experience!

I got Invisalign here and also signed up for the regular dental plan with Melisha (dentist) and Anna (hygenist). I've been so happy with all the treatments I've received, and they're always quick to accommodate if I need to move appointments around. As for the Invisalign results, you can see for yourself! I'm much more confident in my smile now which is really lovely - I used to cover my mouth alot! Melisha and Anna are both super professional, gentle (I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past) and very friendly. Highly recommend Lodge Dental and Invisalign :)

I cannot recommend the lodge enough. I was very anxious about going to the dentist after several years of neglecting my teeth. From the initial phone call to the many appointments over the last year I felt comfortable and cared for at all times. Each member of staff I dealt with was so kind and took the time to explain each step of my treatment, and really put me at ease. I have now finished my course of treatment but will be coming back for my regular check ups in the future. So lucky to have found the practice and to have it so close by. Fantastic dentist. Everyone is always so kind, patient, friendly and understanding. They are very neurodivergent friendly, will listen and not judge you at all. The pay monthly scheme is great - having the regular hygienist included has made a huge difference to my teeth. I’ve always struggled with brushing my teeth, and cannot cope with floss etc - but they have always encouraged me that whatever I can do (eg water flosser) is better than nothing and I’ve never felt judged or pressured. The dental work they do is top tier - really take their time and make you feel cared about. Being able to communicate with them via WhatsApp rather than having to call is also a massive bonus!

Just my 6 monthly check up, but this was a very good experience. Seen on time, after having a quick chat with the lovely receptionist, a very thorough check up by the dentist and some helpful advice given.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting (Dentality at Hoddesdon)Dr. Brinder and nurse Regina. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at ease. Dr. Brinder took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The procedure itself was virtually painless, and I appreciated how gentle and caring the entire team was throughout. The office is modern, clean, and well-equipped, which added to the overall sense of confidence and trust I felt. I highly recommend Dr Brinder to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and approachable dentist. I'll definitely be returning for future visits!

I changed my dentist. Bupa @ Waltham Cross and wow wow wow what a difference. My dentist Rachel was absolutely amazing. An initial check up lead to a dental plan was explained clearly and what each stage entails. Bupa @ Waltham Cross are piecemeal, in fact due to one of the dentists I feared going there. She caused me so much suffering and failed to treat the underlying problem, focusing exclusively on my gum disease. Terrible and three days for an emergency appointment is appalling. They are scammers. Anyway back to Rachel, best dentist ever. The girls at reception are so nice and professional. Jonathan dental nurse was lovely. Rachel treated my dry socket, relieved the pain, gave me two courses of anti biotics took lots of pictures and x ray, and gave me a road to dental happiness. I am happy to pay every penny and thank God for sending me down this road. Incredible surgery, Incredible professional, polite and caring people. It looks like a harley street surgery. Prior to meeting Dr Malik the dentist had filled me with dread and before I sat in the chair I'd be in tears. Dr Malik is the most lovely genuine dentist I've ever had. I leave the chair with a smile. Not only that seeing the progress and general condition of my teeth and gums has really boosted my confidence in life and attending my appointments, so much so I am actively now asking about more treatments and ways to improve the overall visuals and condition of my teeth. I cannot thank her enough, I never would have thought I'd ever make this progress with visits to the dentist. I was too scared to even attend general check ups! It really is all down to Dr Malik. I have been recommending her to friends and family... I never thought I'd say I'm looking forward to attending the dentist!!!! I really am looking forward to seeing the general condition of my teeth and gums improving! Again, another dentist appointment today I left with a smile!

Hi everyone, just wanna put a comment on this dentist. Firstly I’m scared of dentists, but I took the plunge and went to see Vishal, he was recommended to me. As you can imagine I was nervous. My teeth I knew were in a diabolical condition. Anyway I didn’t to need worry, from the moment I stepped in, I was made to feel welcome and more importantly I was reassured that I was fixable. Vish explained in fine detail, what I needed done, and how the plan was going to work out. I had previously been seeing an nhs dentist in another town, whom I now realised was doing the bare minimum that nhs allows them to do, which ultimately led to my poor oral hygiene and eating too much sugar. Vish took so much of his time to really look at my teeth etc, and he devised a treatment plan, not going to lie I was nervous about starting treatment, but Vish and his staff were so kind and more importantly patient and professional with me. Now I’ve started my treatment, it’s a long road ahead but the staff there have made me feel confident, when I used to smile before, I’d always put my hand over my mouth, now I’m proud to show everyone. Look it’s not a quick fix and I’m not even half way there, but I know it’ll be worth it, and everyone has commented on how better I look. The time and precision they put into your plan is amazing, they are so intricate to your needs. So my last point, is if you feel nervous or worried, please visit these guys, they’ve given me so much confidence just with a smile. Maria R

An excellent dental practice. Like many, I struggle with anxiety when going to the dentist but I am always put at ease by the lovely dentists and staff here. My dentist has done a great job with my fillings and regular check-ups, and has always been upfront and honest with me about my options. Would highly recommend this dental surgery to people in the area.

Jish was amazing. The best dentist I’ve ever visited. Professional, happy, very calming, reassures you when worried & always greated with a smile.
