I am delighted with my experience at Broxbourne Dental Practice! From the moment I entered the practice, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and valued. The dental care I received was first class, with the dentist demonstrating exceptional skill and expertise.

Special care and consideration given by Dr Hirani and the dental care assistant has made visiting the dentist with my son a positive experience . Extra time given for appointments and engaging in his interests have really helped his confidence ! Thankyou .

Firstly before I give my good reviews I have to start with the bad. This was my daughters first appointment with this practice. So the first person we met was the rude receptionist lady who made no eye contact didn't even say hello. Now when we left she didn't even acknowledge us standing there waiting to make a appointment she was on her phone. Again no eye contact and didn't even say anything to me or my child. Very odd as when there was a other family she smiled and greeted the kids after there appointment and gave them stickers!!! Why was that energy not given back to us very odd women. But regardless the dental practitioners was absolutely amazing very friendly my daughter was nervous but they made here feel comfortable and they did more for than any other dentist being informative so that's why I give them 4 stars if it wasn't and based off the rude not friendly receptionist I would of given them 1 star!

I’ve been putting off going to the dentist for a long time because of bad experiences with others in the past, but was made to feel so comfortable here. The staff are so professional and friendly. Dr Jiwa was wonderful and made me feel completely at ease. Very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend!
