I can not reccomend Dr Ram enough he is a fantastic dentist and is incredibly friendly and thoughtful as are all of his staff. My first encounter was an emergency appointment and he was so kind yet informative and supportive about next steps. After all we all know going to the dentist is never anyone’s idea of a good time but he did his best to calm my fears and make it as pain free for me as possible. I cannot recommend him enough. If I could give more than a 5*, I really would!! Dr. Veenesh Ram has been fantastic from start to finish and I am absolutely delighted with the overall results!! I originally visited Dr. Ram in April 2023 for a consultation after visiting a few other dental practices nearby and I can honestly say, I chose him because I genuinely felt he cared about me as opposed to just my wallet. I knew I would be in good hands… Through every visit, Dr. Ram and the team at North Dental have been superb. You always were taken care of and they were always there to alleviate any concerns. Things were never rushed and they always were happy to give me plenty of time before making any important decisions. 13 months later, friends/family including myself could not believe the MASSIVE changes my teeth have gone through. Such a friendly team at North House Dental. Michelle on the reception was really helpful when I was having some problems with my online portal and also so welcoming when you arrive at the surgery. Dr P Ram always puts me at ease, especially knowing how nervous I get. She explains everything she is going to do beforehand and then talks me through every step during the appointment.
