Visited yesterday for my hygienist appointment. As always first class service from Louise who always makes the experience positive and comfortable. She has a lovely manner which puts you at ease immediately. From the minute you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome from all staff. They even make sure I can access the downstairs surgery to accommodate my mobility needs. I highly recommend Harwood Dental Practice.

Been here twice as an emergency appointment and never had a problem. The staff are great and smiley and can't do enough for you. I would love to get on there as a patient but it's very hard to get a place but I'm not surprised why that is and the prices are not extortionate unlike some others I could mention..

The dentist and her dental assistant were delightful. I found them welcoming and efficient. The dentist gave clear and informative instructions. HOWEVER only four stars because of the reception staff........not even a pleasant greeting just "Have you an appointment?" I've reviewed before and on my subsequent visit found a marked improvement but today the training seems to have work out. So Dental Treatment 5/5 - Reception desk minus 1!

I recently visited Synergy Dental in Bolton for a hygiene treatment and was extremely impressed with the service. Had my routine appointment today got X-rays and a scale and polish too which was a nice suprise. Kabir and Asma looked after me and my son and they were fantastic and brilliant with my 6 year old. Thanks so much best experience I have had and been coming for 8 years. Thanks again Sam and Lachlan.

I needed three root canal fillings and was very nervous and anxious about having this done. Thelma was recommended to me as she is one of the best at root canal treatment and so glad I went ahead with it. She was so lovely, very reassuring, I felt I was in safe hands, she and Robyn kept checking on me during the treatment and have to say I didn’t feel a thing, it didn’t take too long and felt no pain afterwards. Thank you both for looking after me! I have attended this dental practice for many years now and had fantastic treatment with Baba, Robin and Kate the hygienist. The receptionists are all lovely and friendly and no problem getting appointments. Highly recommend.

Recently had root canal treatment with Thelma. I was a bit apprehensive but the work was completed without a hitch. The aftercare has been excellent as well. I would certainly recommend.

My granddaughter has complex needs Thelma and Robyn were very clear and informative and made her feel very safe and at ease with the whole process .Thelma is extremely professional and definitely top of her game when performing root canals and crowns.Excellent team work ! The absolute best dental practice to go to if you have any anxiety. My dentist Robin is very compassionate and empathetic and always takes great care with my well being. His dental work is outstanding and you can tell that the oral health of his patients really matters to him. It has taken me a lifetime to find such kindness and understanding along with exceptional dentistry.

A massive shout out to Dr Patel! I have had so many issues with my teeth over the years and I have been terrified to go to the dentist! When I plucked up the courage I went to see Dr Patel he was so lovely and so calming, he could clearly see I was nervous and he spoke to me with great care! I have had many treatments and more to have and every treatment I have had he has talked me through, checked on me throughout and just been amazing! I can’t believe I didn’t get him years ago before all my issues started!

Very quick to get an appointment. Dentist explained in detail what to expect, the procedure and costs. Receptionist's really helpful and went out of their way to listen and assist. Great to see that they also take on NHS patients.

Warm reception welcome and had my second appointment with Dr Hawa. Not only did she complete my crown treatment in 2 appointments but I raised a concern about another tooth. She assessed and cleaned the tooth and gum line. Throughout the 2 appointments, she kept me informed of the process and aftercare. Thank you for my treatment and helping me feel relaxed by keeping me engaged in conversations.

Front desk staff are lovely, communication through SMS/Call/email which I find convenient. Practice can sometimes be busy but got for a late morning appointment or evening if possible. Great interest free finance plans. Accepts NHS and private patients (once you are register as a Private patient you can’t switch to NHS). Sham and Jazmine worked with me to get my desires results. Would recommend to family and friend.

Absolutely brilliant care given to my brother who had to have two teeth removed prior to having chemotherapy . The dentist Nick Potter and nurse Shauna were superb . This is a brilliant practice run by manager Sarah and a First Class team of dentists , specialists , hygienists , nurses & receptionists . They do everything from check ups and preventative work to Dental Implants and braces . Incredible place ! I’ve met loads of dentists , you name ‘em , I’ve met ‘em &none of them come close to this amazing team
