The dentist was both professional and approachable, making me feel completely at ease during the appointment. Today, I went back to see the hygienist for a teeth cleaning, and I have to say, I was incredibly impressed. This has been my go-to dentist for almost 20 years and I recently came in for a 6-month routine check-up and also booked in to see the hygienist the following week. Despite having to reschedule due to staff sickness, the receptionist staff were very persistent to alert me of the cancellation and adamant to get me booked in for the next available slot. I appreciated this a lot! The Dentist (Dr Karim Ali) was also very apologetic and considerate of my time when he returned to work. He and the hygienist i visit the following week (Dr Nosheen Baig) maintained friendliness were always checking in to see if I was okay throughout the procedures. My hygienist also took the time to walk me through the details of the treatment, plus how to maintain proper after-care. I always feel comfortable visiting the dentist and i would highly recommend for everyone to look into having this as your regular practice ⭐️

Dr Shamira is amazing, she made me feel very comfortable and I really trust her. The receptionist Laura is also lovely and very informative. I highly recommend this dental practice, especially for nervous patients.
