I had composite bonding done a couple of weeks ago!! Dr Ismail was so professional made me feel very comfortable with what I was having done. My teeth look amazing , would recommend this place to anyone. All the staff at Shmile are all very professional and welcoming. The dentist itself is very clean and a brilliant work place. My long-time dentist recently retired, and I really struggled to find a replacement. I'm so glad I found Dr. Ismail. He's very skilled and professional, and I immediately felt comfortable. I also used the hygienist Abigail, and I had a great experience with her as well. Additionally, the practice offers competitive prices, which is a great bonus. They also have a great staff at the reception, always helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I had an oral hygienist appointment here with Abigail on recommendation of a friend. What a lovely practice. The gentleman working at reception deserves a 10/10 for his friendly demeanor and he is so welcoming. The treatment itself was great and Abigail is lovely. Dr Ismail worked wonders on my teeth. When doing my research i was offered lots of quotes by different places but none gave me a detailed explanation of what i needed to have done and why. I can safely safe Shmile not only made me feel comfortable but they also made sure i was happy with the process and their knowledge and information was very thorough. I would highly recommend! What can I even say about Dr Ismail. I am the most nervous person when it comes to dentists. Generally I will go once and never go back. On Wednesday I attended and I needed a tooth out, I was petrified! (I will say from the moment you walk in you are greeted by the most friendly people on reception ! All 3 people who have been there when I have gone in were so helpful, warm and friendly!!) Dr Ismail spoke me through the entire procedure and assured me the only small pain I would have would be the needles, and he was right. The lovely dental nurse also reassured me constantly. Both Ismail and the nurse lady made me feel totally at ease! I am a bit over sensitive and paranoid so I have returned to the dentist twice since the procedure just for some reassurance on healing, and from the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed. I wasn't made to feel silly or paranoid, I was treated kindly and the whole team really could not do anymore!! Thank you so much to all of you!! I wish other dentists realised that kindness is key, which is exactly what Shmile radiate....kindness!! Have a wonderful Christmas!!
