Hemita, my hygienist, is thorough and patient, and provides great advice. Dr. Patel is also excellent at explaining treatments and making me feel confident in my care. I recently switched to Pentonville Road Dentist and have had a very positive experience so far. The service has been exceptional, and the team is professional and welcoming. However, I did encounter a challenge when trying to book an appointment with the hygienist. Due to financial constraints, I inquired about paying in installments before the appointment, but unfortunately, it wasn’t an option. While I completely understand that payments need to be made upfront, I believe offering more flexible payment options would greatly benefit patients, especially during these challenging times with the rising cost of living. For example, allowing patients to pay half upfront and the remaining balance before their appointment could provide the flexibility many people need. Implementing such a system would show care and understanding towards patients while encouraging more people to prioritise their oral health. I value the service provided here and believe that adopting a flexible approach to payments could strengthen the bond between the practice and its patients, fostering loyalty and trust.

I had a excellent experience in my first appointment! All staff in the clinic have been very kind, supportive and skilled! A great dental practice! I have been coming here for years and they have a very professional service with good technology to scan your teeth to see them in 3D and options for cleaning. Knowledgeable and friendly dentists and hygienists, highly recommend!
