From the moment that I called them, everyone made me feel welcome. Had an appointment that attended my timing. By the way, I had booked two sessions back to back and after consultation, it was decided that I only needed one. So, in my opinion, they are really concerned with our well being instead just the money. I definitely recommend!

If I had known it was possible to leave the dentist feeling better than when I came in, I would not have left it so long! From the moment I called to enquire, everyone at the clinic from the Dr to the dental nurses and receptionists treated me very kindly and warmly. It had been a really long time since I last saw a dentist and was extremely nervous about my appointments due to childhood trauma. I really appreciated how patient Dr Darius was, answering my many questions, explaining the process and being constantly reassuring. By my fourth (defiantly not my last!) appointment I felt very comfortable and much calmer. I had a hygiene appointment here and had never been to this dentist before - Ms Mortazavi the hygienist was amazing-I explained initially that I was anxious as my pain threshold is low- she was really gentle kept asking if I was okay- she took her time and gave me breaks. She explained what she was and would be doing at every step. The nurse was also great- as was Aryan on the phone - really friendly practice that go over and above! I have referred my sister already.
