Dr Kunal Patel is very good at explaining things in a clear and calm manner. I was able to ask lots of questions that he was happy to answer, and I didn't feel rushed. He helped to talk through the various options so that I could make an informed decision that I feel comfortable with

Positives: dentist (Dr Seun) was good, nice manner and communicated clearly. Receptionist friendly and polite. Negatives: I arrived promptly for a 9.40am appointment on a Saturday and I had to wait 25mins. The dental nurse didn't seem that on the ball during the treatment. The cost of £240 for a filling is eye-watering really. I dread having to have anything more major done in future.
