Fernleigh has been our family dental practice for 8 years now & we have always experienced exceptional care. The staff are always welcoming & professional especially Bill the receptionist who can’t do enough to help and us a real gem.
I have been registered with this practise for many years and have always received an excellent Service!. Receptionist are friendly and the clinicians are knowledgeable and always have a professional manner. I had a cracked tooth which happened suddenly, the other day. I called the practise on a really busy day to be seen , I spoke with Bill the receptionist, who was really helpful, she said they were fully booked but managed to squeeze me in to be seen that morning by a dentist. The dentist identified the problem, treated me and discussed further treatment that was required. Nothing is ever too much for them .. Thank you for looking after me! 😊
Called due to an inflamed gum and was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes. The staff are lovely especially Bill on reception - Thank you Fernleigh!
Bill and Alison receptionist was so friendly, such a beautiful smile. Bill was able to help so much in all areas. 100% recommend this dental practice 👌. Excellent service all round, they try accommodate in every area possible.
