Mrs Sida-Murray has been the dentist to my family for many years. I all respects she is excellent. She teaches her patients how to look after their teeth and as a result my adult children have no fillings in their late 20s. When treatment is needed it done to the highest standards. I cannot recommend her too highly.

Dr. Niva is a fantastic dentist. She is always thorough and attentive and takes time to explain treatments to me. She has recommended me some great tips about how to better care for my teeth, with noticeable results. I have had some aesthetic dental work and it continues to make my teeth look and feel healthy. Thank you very much!

Without a doubt the best dentist I have had. I will be needing at lot of work in the near future but due to personal circumstances it’s come at an inconvenient time. And to that they have been very sensitive. Neva has worked wonders on keeping my teeth in the best possible condition and kept my mouth pain-free. Positives: dentist (Dr Seun) was good, nice manner and communicated clearly. Receptionist friendly and polite. Negatives: I arrived promptly for a 9.40am appointment on a Saturday and I had to wait 25mins. The dental nurse didn't seem that on the ball during the treatment. The cost of £240 for a filling is eye-watering really. I dread having to have anything more major done in future.

SmileUp was my second dentist in 3 day, being a nervous patient unfortunately my first dentist was not symptomatic to my issues, so after reading reviews I booked SmileUp, well in spite of my nerves I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and my dentist Barbara, she quickly put me at ease, even though I did sweat from my eyeballs, and it was only my first appointment :-). I went back for some treatment 2 weeks later, a dreaded filling, I was so nervous, but again Barbara reassured me and everything went well and now I have a lovely white filling instead of a not so pretty Amalgam. I also had scale and polish with Stu, amazing young man, very patient and reassuring and he made sure I was comfortable all the time. I have another appointment in Jan 2025 still nervous, but I know Barbara and her team will look after me. So nervous or not, I truly recommend SmileUp.

I had a great dentist, Dr Hero, some years ago in London and when he left I struggled to replace him. Herne Hill dentistry couldn’t have hit the mark more than they have. It’s actually now great fun going to the dentist and I actually miss them between appointments. Frank, straight forward advice, great humour and great chats. The dental work is super meticulous, super clean, sunny environment. Genuinely looking forward to seeing them next check up.

I’ve just had an appointment with the lovely hygienist Roxanna. I am SO impressed! From start to finish she was so friendly, bubbly, helpful and made me feel so relaxed! I currently have fixed braces and she told me lots of helpful tips on how to keep my teeth clean etc. I have been a bit worried about cleaning them properly since having the braces on but Roxanna guided me through lots of things to help when cleaning them and reassured me. So grateful and I could tell she really wanted to help me as much as possible. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

I had an appointment with Ellen today. She has a pleasant, cheery demeanour that puts you at ease. She explained everything she was doing and laid out the options available, which I found helpful. Additionally, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and made the check-in process smooth. Overall, a good experience at this dental practice - as always.

I’ve put off work on my two missing teeth for 10 years because I struggled to find a dentist that would really explore all the options and most importantly allow me to communicate with the technician working on my teeth. Over the years I’ve had a number of different dentists work on them and the results have been disappointing so I was really curious when (by chance) I came across Ldentec right on my doorstep. Unlike all my previous dentists, they have an experienced surgical and technical team working together under one roof. We found a treatment plan that I didn’t know existed and that suited my needs (and budget) and the results are really excellent. I was really pleased to be involved in the process and how my teeth look and feel. The team answered all of my questions clearly and really took the time to make sure I was completely happy. If you’ve been putting off getting your teeth sorted I’d strongly recommend having a chat. They were friendly, professional, skilled and actually care about the work they do. I’m really pleased with the work they did for me. When I first popped in I did not expect that a couple of months later I’d be writing this review whilst happily biting into a sandwich with some solid new teeth that look exactly like my other teeth.

This has made a dramatic difference. Dr. Shah and Cuong are the perfect team taking infinite care and patience in getting things right - all with minimum discomfort and no pain. All dental care is explained in detail and administered with the greatest of care by expert dentists. The clinic is super bright and clean, with butterflies on the ceiling to help cheer little and big people in the dentist's chair. Soothing music and a calm atmosphere eases worries and treatment is thorough and effective. The Mindful Dentist really offers a refreshing new approach to dentistry which will leave your teeth sparkling and mouth smiling :)

As a dentist myself I’ve known Dr Verney for a while and needed some fillings replaced and asked Harrison if he would mind doing them for me. I’ve been coming to this dentist for a couple of years now after some significant issues with one of my teeth. I genuinely am not sure what I would have done without this dentist. For anyone that has had significant dental issues you’ll understand how painful, but also stressful and upsetting it can be. Kushel and the whole team have looked after me with such empathy over the years and although my issues are not 100% resolved, they have undoubtedly improved my quality of life and have got me into a place where I feel more in control of my dental issues. The care I have received has been excellent, but on top of that, they are such kind people who put you at ease, are patient and hold no judgement. I am very lucky to have such a great dentist.

I would hugely recommend Dentistry @ The Old Bank. I saw Ailsa who was reassuring, kind and professional and swiftly addressed all of the dental issues I had. The premisis itself is stunning and feels more like a spa than a dental surgery- thank you to the whole team, going to the dentist doesn't have to be a scary experience!

Everyone at the Dentistry @The Old Bank is very professional and friendly. My toddler has been seen by Dr McGregor and I have been seen by the hygienist. From the moment you arrive, you will feel welcomed and comfortable . I recommend them with my eyes closed.

This is a fabulous dentistry in a beautiful building. The staff are lovely, helpful and always listen to my (many) concerns with my teeth. Also, the x ray machine is in the old bank vault which is pretty cool!

He has been my dentist for over 22 years even though I moved away from his catchment area. I tried one local dentist once only and didn't find her a competitor! The environment was exceptionally clean. The Welcome was excellent! The Dentists were very caring and professional. They provided me with information about the current condition of my teeth before I started the treatment. The extraction of my 2 teeth on my lower jaw was painless. I’m am completely satisfied with the care and treatment I received.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone. A gold crown that had been placed by this dental centre many years ago and that had lasted well fell out unexpectedly at lunchtime. I was seen at an emergency appointment at 3:30 pm the same day, only hours later. Hannah the dentist was reassuring and performed the procedure of cementing the crown to the tooth again very efficiently and gave time to make sure that I was happy with the result. A great service, provided at NHS minimal cost price.
