Have been at this dentist for years now. All the staff are always professional and friendly. The dentist is brilliant very informative and never feel rushed.

One of the best dentest I've been to in my entire life.

For context I'm from the north east of England I visit London maybe once a month on average for a few days to a week . In the north east my dentest I've been going to for ages we're hesitant to do a route canal on my tooth as it was a bit tricky. (They probably want me to pull it to incentivse an implant, same dentest even said I'd need to go a specialist for my route canal and that it would be "expensive". Unfortunately I could not get an appointment in the north east anywhere else.

Last. Friday I came to visit my partner a few days who attends the practice regualry and she told me about this practice. I said Ito my. Partner I will probably not get an appointment by the time I'm here and they might not even see me. (I the northeast it's not crazy to wait about a month for an appointment and that's actually fast in Durham).

Anyway the opportunist in me called them and I was addressed by a proffesional assistant style voice on the phone (Natalie) . The lovely receptionist sent me a text to my phone and I registered in less than ten minutes and being in London was a life saver as I had no documents with me so I'm a big fan of their electronic system. She managed to get me an appointment same day, so they have seen an unregistered patient the same day, good luck with that in durham!

Anway although I was happy I got an appointment I went in not expecting much and I was greated by the fantastic Dentest MR Tushar K Patel and the lovely assisrnanr Mrs Gurder. I wana say directly that MR Tushar is the best and I mean the best dentest I've ever came across and an extremely knowledgeable professional. I wish other dentists I've experienced would learn from this man.

He is extremely Pleasant compassionate, understanding and his way with people is second to non. Being a dentist is also about being good with people and this gentleman is the best at it. Anyway not only did I get a great reception here but Mr Tushar gived me my options and said he could do a route canal and I know other dentest'would of not botherd as its tricky in my case. Not only could he do it but himself and Mrs Guder could start on it the same day! Amazing, so he's saved me. Probably thousands on a potential implant in the near future or a private specialist. Defiantly values helping people over money unlike many other dentest"s I've witnessed first hand.

He also gived me expert advice on flossing equipment that I've ordered to my home adress as I was struggling with what my previous dentest reccomended.

I will say as well I love the booking system, at my now emergency dentest in Durham as I will now call it, they don't have anyway of allowing the user to book online requiring wasted time of a receptionst. Can you imagine having being so busy you have 5 weeks of waiting time for an appointment, peoole will be calling in constantly for cancellations and they don't even bother updating to a 2024 booking system. You won't have that problem here!

Are they good? Put it this way I'm going to use this dentest as my primary dentest and I live in Durham! Let that sink in, I also want private treatment done and soon as my circumstances improve this is the door I'm knocking on for that.

I trust everyone here and thank you to the lovely receptiontionist, the MR Tushar and Mrs Gurdar for helping me when you really didn't have too. I've stayed in London for longer to hopefully get the second part of my treatment completed.
