No words can express how we feel about what a fantastic job Chris has done. From start to finish, working with us to find out exactly what we wanted, and then explaining what he was doing each day every step of the way. It wasn’t a straight forward loft boarding job due to still having the old and very large water tank still up there but honestly it’s amazing what he has done. The transformation blows us away. Nothing was too much trouble, fixing and replacing things along the way that were not part of the job. Punctual, Tidy, Trustworthy, Superb quality of workmanship, and a real pleasure to have around. Chris did an amazing job fitting a new kitchen cupboard into an space that previously housed an integrated washing machine. He also maximised our space by replacing an adjoining cupboard door to give better access to cupboard space (matching to existing kitchen units) and replacing all kickboards and spotlights. Chris has an eye for detail meaning he picked up and fixed other issues as he worked leaving a professional and high quality finish. We are very pleased with his work.

We could not find fault in the full process of David’s work - from kicking off the project gaining a quote, to the design process and fit - we felt truly involved and able to create our own bespoke piece of joinery for our dining room. Throughout the build David was a pleasure to have on the house, the dining room was left immaculate every night (despite the dust the job created) and tools were left clean every night so the project didn’t take over our living space. We look forward to getting him back in for more work and enjoy how this work has become the heart of our home which gets so many compliments every time people see it for the first time!

From our first meeting with David for a quote we were so impressed. From listening to what we envisioned he offered ideas and started to draw out designs, he knew exactly what we was looking for. Our loft conversion is an awkward pitched roof but he still managed to make the perfect bespoke cupboard & storage solution which other companies we didn’t feel had the same knowledge to do so. We were so glad we decided to go ahead with Blackburn Rose, Dave is one talented joiner. We asked for shaker style doors and he also offered to paint in a specific colour we were looking for. He was super tidy and we would recommend his work to anyone, thanks again Blackburn Rose for totally transforming our room.

We recently had the pleasure of having Jake fit five internal doors. From the very first interaction, Jake demonstrated excellent communication, ensured alternatives were in place so shaving the doors wouldn't make a mess internally and provided us with a fair rate. He was punctual, sticking to the agreed-upon schedule, and showed great dedication once he started the job. Jake's professionalism was evident as he carried out his work efficiently, displaying impressive skills in joinery. He took the time to offer valuable aftercare advice. Very pleased to have found that Jake was conscientious about leaving the place in the same condition as when he arrived. I can’t praise the workmanship enough, from the media wall and glass doors, the job was quality. It’s transformed our living room and given it a whole new look. Some contractors do the job and don’t come back. Ryan was always on hand for any snagging that might have occurred. Dan did such a fantastic job in our lounge, building us 2 beautiful alcove cupboards, 4 floating shelves and a superb fireplace surround and mantelpiece all in solid oak. We were so impressed that we also got him to make a bespoke unit for our vinyl and turntable.. Throughout the whole process, including navigating the covid lockdown, Dan gave us great ideas and guidance but really listened to what we wanted. He turned up when he said he would. He finished on time and was very competitively and fairly priced. Dan is also just a very nice guy who you feel confident about leaving in your house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan to any friends or family and cannot praise the quality and finish of his work highly enough.

Dan did an incredible job installing our understairs shoe storage and bar—10 out of 10! His attention to detail was second to none, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He even got on well with our cat, who constantly tried to "help" by getting in the way! After we painted the cupboards, Dan kindly popped back to fit the handles, which was much appreciated. We had five quotes for this job, and Dan delivered twice the work for half the price. Highly recommend!

Wade and Adam recently carried out extensive alterations in our offices. They were polite, friendly and communicative from the outset. They provided a detailed quote and plans shortly after their first visit and we were then kept fully informed as the work progressed. From the start, I have been impressed by the professionalism and expertise shown by Goldstone, we have just used them for an office refurbishment and they have project managed the entire process. The quotation was prepared quickly, itemised clearly and presented in a very professional format. The price was competitive and they were able to assist in value engineering the project to bring it within budget. Throughout the process they have gone beyond simply following the agreed plan and contributed significantly to ensuring the finished office looks as good as possible, suggesting adjustments to the design and working well with the other trades. We used Goldstone Interiors to undertake a major refurbishment of our main office building. This work included the removal of internal walls, refitting of kitchens and bathrooms and full decoration and recarpeting of our two-story building. We had a bespoke wooden door made by AG Joinery and we couldn’t be happier! The door is beautifully finished with frosted glass panelling to the side and a frosted glass arched window at the top. The quality of the product is fantastic and we are very pleased with our new front door. Thank you
