If you don't know a plumber personally, it can be quite scary trying to choose the right one based on so many reviews. But let me help you. We called Gary at Hillcrest to take a complex but not hugely lucrative job fitting our water filtration system. A couple of other plumbers had said "no mate, not enough space" etc... Gary on the other hand, came and did a survery, agreed it would be a pain but he would get it done. 2 weeks later we're all fitted and the pipework is brilliant. He is super friendly and explains what and why he's doing stuff every step of the way. The plumbing in and around our filters is better than it was before he arrived because he's meticulous at what he does and was all really reasonably priced. In short, I genuinely wouldn't waste another second scrolling, just call Hillcrest. Great experience.

Gary did an excellent job at a fair price. Was here same day at short notice to sort out our emergency. Would not hesitate to use him again.
Gary did great work to deal with a number of issues; leaking cistern, dripping taps, deteriorated shower tray seal. Kept appointment, worked methodically leaving no mess behind and also provided good advice; all for a fair price. Would definitely use Hillcrest again and happily recommend to others.
Had eight new radiators installed. Really professional job from consultation through to completion. Gary took the time to fully explain the entire process and the work was completed to an exceptional standard. Great value and have booked Hillcrest Plumbing to complete a full bathroom renovation.
