I would highly recommend St Albans Car Clinic to change the wet belt on a 1ltr ecoboost Ford engine..The overall cost is a lot cheaper than Ford dealership price ..and most importantly they clean out the oil sump and filter debris..Many thanks..

What a fantastic guy. Very quick to respond and next day car dent repaired like it never happened. I was really relieved as brand new car and thanks to someone in my local swimming pool decided to open there door on it. Very reasonably priced and all done from my house. I was in a spot of bother when my dear Renault Modus decided to just die on me as I was about to go shopping. I knew it needed a new battery so I ordered one and it came Thursday. I had checked on YouTube that this was an easy swap but NO. It wasn’t because it had two lots of plastic shielding that cover everything and then the battery was a pig to get out. I had major Cancer surgery last year and part of it was to remove some of my spine so I can’t lift anything heavy and decided to get someone else to fit it. So I rang a few places and most didn’t do call out assistance and one cowboy I spoke to could do it straight away but wanted £95.00!!!!!!! The bloody battery was only £40.00. Anyway, eventually I got through to Bridge Garage and asked the question could someome come out and fit a battery for me so the lady on the phone (Anita) asked somebody behind her and she said they don’t usually do call outs , but she said what exactly is it and on what car. So she came back and said I can get sombody to come out between 1pm-2m so I said yes! Brilliant, before I knew it I had one of their technicians on the phone asking where I was so I told him and within seconds he was there. Curtis was a very nice chap and was chatty and smiling like he loved his job. He must of swapped that battery within 10 mins and said give a go to see that it starts and it did !!!! First time. I asked him if I could pay over the phone and he said yes, ask for Anita and tell her Curtis says £20!!! What service! I thought that kind of service died long ago but there are obviously some places still that still exist which put me in a really good mood for the rest of the day. Thank you Curtis & Anita Mark

I took my 2003 Vauxhall Astra in with a stutter, when driving - that caused it to stall when slowing down at traffic lights. It was diagnosed with a clogged or dirty fuel filter, they ordered the part and I was able to go back on the next day for a fitting. The mechanics were very knowledgeable about the car and it was a great experience all in all.

Great honest place. When I came to pay for my repairs they told me it wasn't as bad as they thought and took a hundred quid off the price, could have taken my money and kept quiet but saved me a packet! Also moved things around to get my work done in time for an important weekend trip. Absolute heros

We took our Vauxhall Zafira B into Tom to look at a worsening engine noise. He carefully diagnosed the problem and identified worn bearings in the alternator, which he replaced. The vehicle now runs quietly and much more smoothly. A job well done. Convenient and prompt.

Wow. The first contact I had with them was by phone. I had missed about 3 calls and hadnt returned any before my scheduled appointment. When I spoke to the boss, he aas so friendly and careful to explain everything that was going to happen. I arrived and was greeted with respect and light-hearted humour. Again everything was explained carefully and everyone was so cheerful. Great management in action.

Had a reduced performance turtle mode message popup on my XC90 related to air pressure. This garage were able to take my car at short notice. They were helpful, friendly, informative and most importantly they diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and fitted it relatively quickly. Price was reasonable/expected so that was good too. No hesitation to visit here again in case of future issues, thank you!
