When I first met Terry I knew he was very genuine and reliable with years of experience on cars of all types and I trusted him completely in taking care of my prized original Mini Cooper and getting it back on the road. Nothing was too much trouble for Terry - he even collected and returned my car free of charge. I would have no hesitation in recommending Terry and will certainly return to him for future work.

I found Terry when I had an MOT fail on a Mazda MX5 for structural weakness. He booked me in within a few days and did a great job on the welding, servicing and also arranged the MOT. After his work the car passed straight away with no advisories. Recently I had an issue on my Audi and Terry finessed the engine for me. It now drives better than it has ever done. I cannot recommend Terry highly enough - He's very knowledgeable, his work is second to none, he's totally trustworthy and just an all round good guy. Thanks Terry!

Used Terry for over 35 years. Never had any problems. Also asked advice about his opinion of which cars were on my shortlist when changing cars. Best advice he gave me....only one thing wrong with Skoda.....the badge people of my gen.still have some bad feelings to the badge. Would always recomend him to others. In recent months he has always been willing to run me back home and for me to collect car next day he can then work on it in his own time and not be waiting for me to turn back up an hour or two later asking "Is it done yet?"

Not only is Faz a really nice person, he is professional and a perfectionist too. These are just the qualities you want when you hand your pride and joy over. Would definitely recommend. I have a set of brand new Work wheels, got turned down by a couple of places due to the worries of them scratching/damaging the alloys due to them being reverse mounted. Came to Specialist tyres 30 min before closing and he was very helpful and had the tyres on within 20 min, not a single mark on them. Really happy will definitely be back

I had my Audi TT fully serviced. Jason kindly offered to collect the car on the day and was ready in good time to collect. All the work was gone through with me on arrival to ensure I was happy with everything that was done. Will be returning for future repairs and maintenance on my car.

Very happy popped in to pit stop without an appointment as tyre pros had said my tracking couldn't be done due to rotten track rod arm. Mat had a look and with in less than an hour had the tracking adjusted and all working perfectly and for only £30.

We got recommended bardell and Byrne by a family friend after literally going through hell with a car my partner and I brought back in November, we have been back and forth to their garage on the phone to Emily relaying messages, at a drop of a hat they have fit the car in they just can’t do enough to help, to the point I asked them not to clear the diagnostic results on the car and when I went to pick the car up there was 5 pages of faults flagging up and the finance company wanted the fault that was triggering the engine management light on so he took the car straight round and cleared it. On our last visit to the bardell and byrne with the car he literally spent the whole day on it and got to the root of the problem and wrote a fantastic report covering the evidence with photos, recent few months have been really hard at home and the kindness and generosity this company have shown towards me really has made things so much better, I cant recommend this company enough!!!🥰

Can not fault this garage, the staff are super helpful and always informative, they always take the time to discuss anything I need and will always get me in as soon as they can, sometimes even the same day!! The waiting area is super comfy with a coffee machine and tv!! He was friendly and did a great job. I never knew this auto centre was here, seeing them here today I will definitely be back for MOT’s and servicing. Also…..my car was lovely and cool driving home!
