Having had bad experiences with roofers in the past, we were very wary of contracting " unknowns" for the very big job of a whole new roof for our bungalow. Out of the 4 quotes we had, we chose Derby Roofing, as Tom and Ash were honest, up front and very knowledgeable. l am so pleased we did!!! The job took two weeks and is immaculate! They worked so hard every day and cleared up mess as they went along. We needed some cladding replacing too and they used a contact of theirs, Dan, who was equally as good as his job. They explained the whole process as the job was proceeding and honestly, were really pleasant to have around too! Polite , cheerful and thoughtful. In short, a perfect job, done by honest, pleasant men for a reasonable price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Colin was amazing, gave him a quick call this morning as our heating had packed up and he was able to fit in a quick visit where he discovered it was actually our hive system not sat on the wall properly. He was also able to service the boiler and place a carbon monoxide detector in the house. Wasn’t expecting him to be able to stay and sort the issue but even though I know he is busy he stayed to sort out the issue. Brilliant service, extremely friendly. I am so pleased I know who to call now if we have any future problems.

Colin came round as soon as he could and saw that we were in desperate need of hot water and heating - took us on as a priority and fitted us a new boiler the same day! He is so lovely and easy to work with! We knew we needed a new boiler, but appreciated that he tried to fix the current boiler to help us save costs - thank you so much for helping us out and doing a great job!

We booked in with Colin for a boiler service after reading his amazing reviews online, and I can certainly say his work and knowledge lived up to what we expected. After having a previous dodgy boiler guy, it was a breath of fresh air having Colin come in with his honesty and trustworthiness! I would highly recommend him for your plumbing and heating work!!

Colin did a great job repairing my broken gas fire. He was very patient and good-humoured during a rather frustrating exercise and I recommend his services unreservedly. Next task will be servicing my gas boiler.

This is my new favourite hairdresser, had a balayage and cut and was so nervous going in with too many ideas of what I wanted but not sure how to explain it. Ben knew how to make it work with my hair and ensured my hair was dyed properly to stay healthy. So happy with the result and it was a lovely place to sit for a few hours!

I came in not even knowing what I wanted! I knew I loved being blonde, but needed something low maintenance, since having a baby, I just haven’t got the time (or energy!) for high maintenance colours. Ben instantly figured out what I needed before I knew myself & created a fantastic style for me. Giving me the beauty of darker hair to maintain less whilst still feeling and looking blonde. Brilliant honest hardworking. After a really terrible job from a previous roofer (waterproof roofing ltd )who left me with a leaking roof Lee and the fantastic team sorted it out for me.The other roofer has conveniently disappeared and won’t answer calls to fix it. Burton flat roofing, went above and beyond my expectations. Nice to see there are genuine honest people out there. Thanks again lads.

Fantastic job delivered by Lee and his team today. Called Burton Flat Roofing couple of weeks ago to get a qoute for my outdoor building roof and also to have a look at my bathroom roof as a water leak developed over some time, affecting ceiling underneath. Before getting a competitive qoute, Lee had a good look at the current state of both of my roofs and then recommend what needs replacing and changing, rather than just getting a qoute from someone just looking at the roof from bottom up and giving a price going through the roof! Lee and the Team turned up on time and done a great job, exceeding expectations. So, would recommend to anyone and use again for flat roofing.

I have had my outdoor building's roof (34 sqmtr) done from Burton Flat Roofing. Replacing felt roof with rubber roof including sub boards and finishing trims. Outdoor building now looks fantastic and pleasing to the eye, as the finish is spot on. Lee and his team arrived and completed on time. No mess was left behind, as they kept on tidying my patio and garden area as they were progressing with the new roof. Great job carried out by Lee, so will use again for any future projects or call outs.

Lee and Jordan replaced our leaking felt flat roof with a rubber roof, repointed a valley, replaced a few broken tiles and corrected some guttering. Lee and Jordan completed everything to a very high standard, cleaning up as they went along. Excellent service from start to finish, friendly and professional: would highly recommend and will be definitely using them again. Everything looks fantastic, thank you so much Lee and Jordan.

Had my and my bridesmaids wedding hair done here. Great service Leonie did my hair and it was absolutely perfect and stayed perfect all day. All the staff here were super friendly made our wedding morning super easy. Leading up to the wedding leonie rang to double check everything which was fantastic piece of mind for a bride. After being let down by a previous roofer, we contacted James, who came when he said he would to look at what was needed, gave a very reasonable price for the work and booked us in very quickly. Would highly recommend use these lads. Used them for several jobs on my house including roofing, pointing and even fencing around the garden. All work is done to a high standard.
