We called Neale in as we had no electricity in our bathroom and the fan in the downstairs loo was intermittent. We were very happy with Neale's work and he corrected the faults quickly. We would certainly use Neale Brendon in the future and recommend him for any electrical work.

We contracted Josh and the team to replace our roof with Spanish slate. We were impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the team and the speed and efficiency of the work. Absolutely recommend Josh and we haven't even had the work carried out as yet but we’re more than confident it will be spot on. Communication was outstanding, Josh turned up when he said he would and it was on a Sunday!!! Very polite and professional. He found the problem and is going to sort it. I will only be recommending JGR roofing from now on to my friends, family & clients as so many tradesman can't even answer the phone let alone turn up when promised. Josh was the only roofer that got in touch to give me a quote for storm damage to my roof. As soon as I contacted him to say the job was his he arranged the scaffolders they was there very quickly. Josh then turned up the following morning to do the job, the work was completed that day. I would highly recommend Josh and I he will be my first call if I have anymore issues with my roof.

We used Steve's company to replace the roof on our quite large victorian house. We had quotes from a couple of other well known roofing companies and Steve's quote was competitive. The project was well managed and though, (due to weather) it went on longer than Steve or us would have liked it to have done, their communication was good and we knew when they were going to be onsite working. Overall they've done a great job of our roof and I would recommend Newbould to others. Happy to provide a reference too...

Ero came to fit a light switch for me and also earthed another one which he realised wasn’t safe! And he didn’t charge me for the second one!! He was so friendly and professional, a pleasure to welcome into your home ! We called Righttrade Roofing and building following the recent bad weather. They sorted out are ridge tiles fitting a dry ridge system and replace some tiles. They were very professional throughout. The work was carried out to a high standard and They left the site tidy and clean and we will definitely use them again and definitely Would recommend. Very happy

I can’t recommend Paddy and his team enough. We had a property with a roof in a terrible state that they sorted out for us very quickly, we were quoted tens of thousands by other roofing companies and it was nothing like as much as that from them. At our new property work has been carried out to a similar very high standard. A reliable company who really know their stuff.

Brilliant folks, we had some rendering that had started coming away and needed someone to help us with an emergency repair to make it right. Got in touch with Righttrade and within the next day they were here to sort it out for us. Did exactly what was needed and did it well and at a very fair price. awesome company, fixed price given online, even when everything went wrong, second house visit needed as was a longer job than expected, floor boards up, full day instead of a couple of hours, they still charged the agreed price. service was spot on, both fitters were great and knowledgeable, Robert who did ours knew his stuff and worked flat out from the minute he got here till the minute he left. will definitely use again for anything else we have done and already recommending them to friends

Excellent service. Rob did a great job. I had to wait to get in touch with Hive to get a PIN number for the charger. He waited around for about 50 minutes until the charger was linked to the app. Would highly recommend Danlec for any upcoming EV charger installations

Beautiful location and a beautiful building. The owner Steve and the staff are the loveliest people, very welcoming and friendly/chatty. Really made us feel at home as soon as we arrived to check in. The Lavender room is relaxing and oozes luxury and comfort. The food was perfection - we ordered the sirloin and my compliments to the chef, ultimate happy dancing! First night and such a strong impression has been made, we are already planning a second visit and looking forward to the rest of our stay, going home will be hard.

If visiting Bolsover. Then the Sanctuary Inn is definitely the place to go for drinks or food. Steve the owner and all the lovely helpful staff always give you a warm friendly welcome, along with the talented chefs dishing up the finest of food at very reasonable prices Myself and my wife had the mixed Paella last night. Friday14th March. Fantastic flavours and a nice sized portion. Full to busting. The food and service given here is always second to none. Having sampled most of the food and tapas on the menus and the specials board. We can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Sunday dinner is also a treat to be enjoyed. Sometimes with live music to enjoy with your dinner. Once the weather picks up and warmer days arrive There is a walled beer garden to the rear of the Inn. Where you can sit and enjoy food or drinks in the fantastic sun trap, with fruit trees and flowers it is a really pleasant setting. We mostly take our dog Ruby with us. So if you’re a dog owner, lover. You are welcome at this dog friendly venue to bring along your family friend with you. Drinking water bowls always available for your dog. So what’s not to like. Give it a try. PS. Make sure you try Steve’s special freshly made Sangria. Dave, Jilly and Ruby dog.

Wednesday night had the set steak meal, with sharing board starter of meats and olives, with a bonus red wine each…£38 for two of us….unbelievable. We do eat out a lot ( it’s our age ) but that’s as good as we’ve had in a long time, couple that with table service by two lovely young ladies who were so attentive but not over bearing, tonight was a truly fantastic culinary experience….we shall be back. Well done Sanctury and your team
