Always had a great time here! The atmosphere was so cozy, the coffee was spot on, and the food was amazing. Both owners and staffs are so friendly. Definitely a place worth visiting if you haven’t already!
Very hard to find nice cafes these days. But this cafe is absolutely lovely the food is very nice and owners are very nice. If you’re in the area or near by this is defiantly a place to come. Also the coffee is proper ground coffee beans very nice tasting 10/10 lovely cafe.
So pleased The Village Cafe is here!! Second time visiting and the food was excellent again and the hot drinks were hot (not always the case with many places!). The food has been very fresh and very tasty on both occasions! What makes this place truly stand out is that the owners and staff have truly embraced the community spirit - this is an absolute gem in our village and would 100% recommend.
First time eating here, this is now my favourite cafe. Food was lovely, I had a tea, 2 poached eggs on toast with a Cumberland sausage and bubble. (My own creation from the extras menu) £9.50 all in. Great value! I generally rate cafes based on their sausages as I can't stand the deep fried greasy spoon care versions. This Cumberland sausage was perfect 👌🏻 highly recommend this place and I will be back to try other items on the menu 😎 staff are friendly and clean tables constantly when people leave. Great service 👏🏻👏🏻
