A lovely, hellenic (Greek) café in the heart of Guildford! Dimitris and Nikos are so friendly, kind and treat you like their friend! I ordered a fresco espresso, which is actually what is called FREDDO ESPRESSO, in Hellas (Greece). Tasteful! They also offered me two pieces of greek bougatsa🇬🇷❤️ In store, you can find many traditional products like "petit four", "bougatsa", cakes, etc, but also ice cream for dogs! 🐕 Totally recommend it! Have fun x

This is the only cafe I go to during the week. It’s not too far from my office but if it was closer, I would be getting coffee in the afternoon too. Staff work so hard here and I really love the food. Traditional pastries, savoury and sweet but also fresh paninis if I don’t fancy a pastry. I put a 4 star for food, not because of quality, but because I think salads would be a nice addition to the menu. No where in Guildford does it so it could be a big win! Wouldn’t even have to be hugely gourmet ones. And maybe smaller pieces of bougatsa as an option too next to large portions like the kataifi but that’s a minor thing. Thank you for all the nice convos while waiting for food and making everyone feel so welcome. If the food wasn’t so good I might’ve had time to take more photos. Also let me use my travel mugs :) Efcharisto!

Great food and very fast it was cool and comfy seating outside exceptional spinach and feta pie and also gave free sample of cheese bougatsa awesome sauce cafe !!!!

A delightful independent coffee shop with charm. As well as serving up great coffees, this place had a fantastic selection of Greek sweet and savoury foods, all locally produced and super tasty. The guys behind the counter were welcoming and took the time to explain the different food available. An authentic coffee shop with bags of character. Had a fantastic candle making evening with friends . Ollie was an excellent host and made for a fun evening full of laughter and with some wonderful candles as a result. Would highly recommend this workshop and very impressed with the variety of scents we could choose from.

I love this place! Right in the middle of some countryside walks, it's on the edge of Chantry Woods and is the perfect rustic pit stop. They guy who runs it is brilliant too 👏

Really enjoyed our candle workshop with Olly. He taught us how to make our own candles, which was both interesting and fun. It was a lovely way to celebrate a Birthday with friends and I’d highly recommend. The Golden Ford’s cafe in Chantry wood is also really great - coffee, cakes and lovely atmosphere

We stumbled across this new cafe on their launch day. What a fantastic place to stop off from walking the north downs way and grab 10 minutes to sit down and enjoy the view with fab tasting coffee and the chocolate brownies were amazing. I love how they have used the barn so if it's a rainy day, you could sit in the dry.

So staying in Guildford for a few days. I wanted to try something different other than McDonald's or your standard chain. I found this after searching Google with great reviews, I knew I was expecting high things. Walking in it's a great atmosphere. I order the breakfast baguette with chips. I didn't have to wait too long and the portion size was great and not to much and not too little. There is an outside area with a roof to cover from rain etc. Also, the inside is nice and very well decorated. There is one toilet and it also has baby changing facilities. Overall, I really recommend and worth having a trip too, maybe a short walk from town but well worth it. If I'm back in Guildford, I'll be back.

We love this place. A hybrid of service (counter, table &/or both) which never disappoints; they’re quietly attentive. The ingredients are expensive, the portions are generous & the prices are very reasonable. Coffee is exceptional. We just love it all.

A great place to have a treat breakfast on a Sunday morning! We had a veggie breakfast and a mini breakfast. The 'mini' is pretty substantial. Good table service, and a nice busy atmosphere. A repeat visit was even better! Really consistent good service.

What a nice place! Had the most delicious matcha and cinnamon bun here. Would be a great place to sit and work as it’s got a lovely atmosphere. I like that they’ve got the artwork on the walls too. The lady behind the counter was so lovely too.

Great cafe inside the New House art space. Lots of drink choices and a good selection of pastries/cakes. Relaxed vibes inside, plenty of seating, natural light and the music isn’t too loud. Close to the town centre and the station and would be a great place to do a bit of work, write an essay etc. Looking forward to visiting again!

Good vibes, amazing style/architecture/theme, good music, quiet so it's perfect for people who would like to go and do some work on their laptops and get some fresh air and a tasty cuppa. Good selection of beverages and pastry to enjoy with. It's a little cozy corner of tranquility. Unless I am around and start chatting or ranting about life. Enjoy your time there!!!

Friendly service. The cakes were delicious, highly recommend the pistachio slice! The 'white hot chocolate' on the other hand tasted merely of boiled milk, topped with cream and marshmallows. The only seating area we could use was right in front of the ladies washroom, which isn't ideal for obvious reasons...and also the constant foot traffic.

Went to grab something to eat based on reviews whilst my car was being serviced. WOW you lucky climbers! I admit I turned up famished but this was genuinely one of the best sandwiches I have had in a cafe ever. I had chicken, bacon and avocado; husband had ploughmans and equally raved. There’s a charming café in my area that I’ve been visiting for several years now, and every time I go, it brings me so much joy. As for the coffee, I always like mine prepared a little differently than most, and they never fail to deliver an amazing taste every time. What truly makes this café special is the friendly and welcoming team. Today, in particular, I was impressed by Bogdan, a kind Ukrainian barista who has been working here for a while. His warm service and attention to detail finally inspired me to leave a well-deserved positive review and write a few kind words about this wonderful place. Amazing little hole in the wall. Tasty coffee but it’s their incredible toasted sandwiches that stole the show. I would go as far as to say… best toastie I’ve ever had! (P.S. my pic does it zero justice.)

Such a great coffee shop. My husband is a coffee snob and highly recommends the authentic and variety of coffee here. The people were very friendly as well. Only lost a star because there really isn't any seating (I understand it is limited to their space) but great idea to have two ordering stations to keep the shop from overcrowding. Wish there was one closer to us!

Stopped here on a charity cycle ride from London to Poole. What an amazing pitstop for 15 minutes. Internally, the cafe is incredibly cosy, with a quintessential English feel to it, in a quiet, bucolic setting. When it comes to cakes, they offer all the classics, and by the taste of the granola bar I ordered, I reckon they have the recipes bang on. I also noticed a wide selection of teas, which I will have to try next time. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area and “gasping for that cuppa!”

Amazing place , amazing staff and I love coming here. Have been there before as well. This time reached after 3 pm so food options were limited . So we tried hot chocolate and scones and loved both. Fruit Scone was really really nice. Next time I will try the cheese scone :)

If all you want is a sandwich and hot drink, this is the best place to go in Guildford. The thick hot chocolate is awesome, you have to spoon it out. Chicken and pesto hot sandwich also a big hit. Outside seating, but covered with heaters, so no complaints!

Lovely italien coffee Shop serving Illy frozen coffee as well. They have also a good selection of paninis, Italien doughnuts, arancinis and more. When the weather is good you can enjoy your coffee and snack outdoors as they have plenty of seats.

Came for the italian style hot chocolate and it didn't disappoint. It's very rich and decadent so even though I really enjoyed it I couldn't finish it. Next time I think I'll get something savoury to go with it. Service was also very good and friendly and it's seemed to be very popular.
