The selection of teas, pastries, and finger sandwiches was impeccable, and every item was freshly prepared and delicious. A special mention goes to Denis, who provided outstanding service. It was a fabulous experience! Me and my friend came for the afternoon tea and were greeted by great staff and amazing service! Kudos for Dennis who served us extra special. He even chose the best tea for us. The desserts are soooo delicious. We’ll be dreaming of it and we will definitely come back and look for Dennis. Thanks a mil! ♥️

The staff, upon arrival, are attentive from the start. You are prepped for your experience once you reach your table. Everything was beautifully placed. The Harrods Brut Champagne was dazzling! If I did the tea again, I wouldn't do the vegan tea. The sandwiches were not very flavorful. The scones were great, and most of the pastries were also good. The White Peony Tea was amazing! It was an experience that I do recommend. With that being said, I would ask more about what's to be served, maybe before arrival based on preferences.

Stunning venue and incredible food! The recently renovated Georgian restaurant - a little hidden on the 4th floor of Harrods - has had a spectacular make over, meaning that dining there now is akin to what it might’ve been like during the golden age of travel in a luxury cruise ship. Beautiful decor and huge chandeliers with a resident pianist to accompany the meal. It’s renowned for its pies - we had a lobster one and a chicken one, both superb - but their signature is a lamb pie for two. Starters and snacks were also packed with flavour, and the nostalgic dessert of trifle was among the best I’ve ever eaten. The service - from the welcome by Denis, the wine served by an enthusiastic Hungarian gentleman, and Shah our waitress, was spot on, efficient and friendly but not over-bearing. A great visit all round - and I’d imagine their afternoon tea (which they serve earlier in the day) is just as good as well!

This café in the area is truly one of my favorites. I am so happy to have a branch located here. The variety of delicious options is truly delightful. I highly recommend this place, especially for the variety of brunch choices. Additionally, the selection of desserts is superb. We sampled two-thirds of the offerings, and everything was outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Located close to Harrods. Had to wait in a long queue before I got to enter. Their cake collection is mind-blowing. The food they serve is simple and satisfying. Service was good enough.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at L’ETO and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff and led to a cozy table overlooking the bustling street outside. One dish that truly stood out to me was the milk cake. It was a delectable treat that was light and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The texture was perfectly moist, and every bite was a delicious combination of flavors. It was clear that the chef put a lot of care and attention into creating this dish. Overall, the breakfast at L’Eto was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the milk cake, as it was definitely a highlight of the meal. I will definitely be returning to L’ETO in the future.

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Youseff at Saddle! He’s absolutely amazing and always brightens my day. Every time I place an order, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and his attention to detail is unmatched. The service he provides is always top-notch—so friendly, efficient, and genuinely thoughtful. Youseff truly makes every experience special, and I always leave with a smile on my face. If you're ever in the area, you’re in for a treat with him! Highly recommend! I have to say, the Spanish lattes at Saddle are hands down the best! Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. Every sip is a little moment of bliss. If you're a coffee lover, you absolutely have to try one – they never disappoint!

This café has a decent selection of crepes, coffee, and pastries. The prices are a bit steep, and the quality is alright, not amazing compared to other spots in London, but it’s still a nice place to hang out. The vibe is great, and it’s cool to see a UAE café here. The place is usually full of Arabs, which gives it a familiar and lively atmosphere. It’s a good spot to chill, catch up with friends, or grab a quick bite, even if it’s not the most impressive café out there.

The Prada Cafe was so lovely! We had breakfast it was amazing all the little details they nailed. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was definitely 5 star worthy. My husband and I both had dessert as well which was delightfully amazing . I definitely plan to go back next time we’re in London.

I recently visited Prada Caffé in London, and while the experience had its highlights, there are areas for improvement. The wait time to get seated was an hour, which was longer than expected. I ordered the sea bass but unfortunately, it wasn’t well done or properly seasoned which was disappointing. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The waitress was attentive and polite. The drink I had was great, and the ambience of the caffé is absolutely beautiful, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. One suggestion would be to provide hot sauces or condiments for non-European customers who enjoy spicier food options. Overall, I had a good time, but addressing these details would enhance the experience significantly.

Nice place to visit, but probably not for constant meals, but great for a once or twice experience. The desserts were delicious - all were the same shape and size, but with a great variety of tastes (all priced at £17.50). The saffron risotto was also quite good. Your receipt will include 12.5% of service charge, but it’s worth it. We were served by Ahed, who was very attentive and helpful with choosing desserts. A great place for a glamorous coffee break during your shopping in Harrods.

I had a wonderful experience at Prada Caffè. The cappuccino tasted amazing the pistachio dessert was mind blowing. It just melted in your mouth. The Parmigiana dish was simple ingredients yet succulent. Last but not least we had an amazing server by the name of Sheyla. She was very professional and sweet. She made us feel very welcomed and we will return again. Excellent service!! Thank you again.

The Tiffany Blue Box Cafe at Harrods

87-135 Brompton Rd, London SW1X 7XL, UK | Restaurant
P: 020 7225 6800

Rating: 4.1 (438) Price Level:

Cozy, yet beautiful venue for an afternoon tea ceremony right at the heart of Harrods. The prices are staggering - around 70-90/pp, yet what you get covers a significant portion of the cost. Unlimited sandwiches and teas, beautiful pastry and great service. We came during the last intake for the ceremony, around 17:00, and the staff was kindly asking us to leave without allowing to properly finish, around 18:40, which was slightly disappointing. It’s a great experience if you have the budget for it, there are plenty of other venues with prices 50%+ lower and quality of food even higher across London, in a less touristic spot. But the Tiffany vibe makes up for it.

One of my favourite British afternoon tea experience is here at the Tiffany Blue Box Café (not just because I have the same name as the store). The café is small and nestled at the lower level of Harrods. With the limited number of seats, a reservation is highly recommended. Even though the café is small, the tables were big with decent space in between, so you never feel cramped. We were served in a timely manner, and all the staff (from the greeter to all the servers) were extremely friendly and helpful. We décor and atmosphere inside was very Tiffany-esque, and the experience and vibe were elegant and classy. It’s worth dressing up for the occasion. There’s a large selection of teas to choose from, and you may also opt for a coffee/latte instead of tea. This is one of the rare cafes that serve an amuse-bouche before the sandwiches and tea set arrive. The portion sizes of the sandwiches were huge and filling (super delicious and fresh!), and scones were warm and fragrant. The desserts were very cute, and if you have a sweet tooth, you will certainly enjoy them! Note that the food is all you can eat, so once you finish one round, you can order another round! We took our scones home for leftovers, and 2 days later they were still fragrant and perfectly crumbly. There’s no washroom inside the café itself, so you have to exit and wait in the queue with the rest of the Harrods customers.

I visited after receiving a recommendation, and it was simpler than I thought. The signature green tea recommended by the staff in charge had a deep scent and a good flavor. But I was sorry that the rest of the three-tiered trays except for one sandwich didn't suit my taste. It was a very casual atmosphere with a lot of children. I recommend it if you are with your children.

Such a refreshing experience! Arrived with friends and we enjoyed every bit of the Afternoon Tea savouries, pastries and scones. The ambiance was elegant and peaceful, complementing the superb service. So grateful a friend booked this for us! Oh, if you did not know, take your time and enjoy -- You can take whatever is left over to-go! Unlocked a memory of a lifetime 💛

Lovely little cafe tucked away on the LG floor. Although not very big but it makes your experience even more special. Relax atmosphere, staff very friendly, polite and can't do enough for you. Afternoon tea was delicious, refills on any sandwiches or scones, as much tea or coffee as you want. What you don't eat they will box up for you to take home. Drinks extra, alcohol or soft all come with a service charge. There is a 12.5% service charge added to your bill, buy this is optional to pay. Time limit on table of 2hrs which is more than enough time. Well worth a visit

Wow unreal! First time we’d been here and Tahira was so lovely and polite. We are from Sheffield and thought people from London can be quite rude but she proved us wrong. Had a laugh with her and she is a delight! The food was insane and there is so much to choose from to the point I had to pick 2 different drinks! Really quick and love that we could order it all on a tablet! Absolutely unreal and if I’m ever back in London I’ll definitely be coming back!

We love visiting Chapati and Karak whenever we are in London. We had a selection of Chapatis and sfeeha which were all delicious. We also had the karak and Arabic coffee - both of which were enjoyed. The place, including the toilets, were clean and cool with air conditioning (good to escape the London summer heat). Would highly recommend.
