I have been going to Mona Heights for almost 5 years and would not go anywhere else. Lorraine listens to my concerns about my hair, gives advice - then makes me look and feel better (and younger!) than I thought possible. I really enjoy the time I spend with her.

I would definitely recommend Lorraine at Mona Heights ,all my family and friends have said they have not seen my hair cut so well for a long time.

I have been to charming beauty salon a few times now and the most recent cut I had from Gitana is just amazing! She advised me on all options and I am so happy with how my haircut turned out in the end. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. The salon itself has a lovely vibe and is nice and clean

Waiting in between my appointments at the salon and they have a lovely cafe upstairs to wait in with tea coffee and sweet treats. How thoughtful! Dovile is sooo sweet! And the receptionist is so welcoming!

9/2023 - First manicure experience here and the service provided by Dovile is top star!!!! Although the appointment is kind of rush, Dovile can still finish this perfectly. Love it! (I had it for over a week now, the gel did not break or crack at all. Highly recommended!) 29.03.2024 - Another great experience with Diana today! She is truly a lifesaver for my sudden-cracked nails and did it perfectly! Also, the reception lady is amazing and very helpful as well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked a few treatments at this salon as a birthday gift for my sister, and she was pleasantly surprised by the service she received. The staff there was very good, attentive, and welcoming. I’m really grateful for their friendly attitude and the kindness they showed my sister. They even gave her a little gift for her birthday, which was very thoughtful of them. This place is highly recommended, and my mother is now eager to try their services as well.

Excellent Salon, welcoming from the moment you step through the door. Receptionist are helpful and friendly. I started using collections Hair Club after reading such good reviews . My hair was a disaster and Sophie transformed it, she was patient and explained the process to get my hair to the healthy shiny hair I now have ! The salon is a really relaxing experience and always looks amazing. I would highly recommend it

I have previously left a 5* review but I think another one needs to be left!! Wow. I just had a full set of classic lash extensions with Elleyce and I am so pleased I love them!! Having never had them done before Elleyce explained everything there was to know and what would look best with my lashes as they are super long naturally anyway. Definitely worth booking!

I had a lovely experience today at Bellissima Beauty & Aesthetics in Byfleet. I was looking for a new place for my manicure that is local, classy, clean, and professional. I felt content within the relaxed, minimalist atmosphere of the salon and the care I received from Victoria for my nails. I wasn't sure about BIAB, and Victoria explained in detail the benefits and the process, and as we were chatting, Amy came in. I noticed how clean and professionally crisp her nails were. I was sold on colour and look, so now I am enjoying my long nails with BIAB. I swapped my gel nails for a BIAB manicure. I am amazed at how light my nails & fingers feel with BIAB compared with the gel and am looking forward to going back in 3 weeks for another BIAB mani and a pedi.

First time to this clinic and it didn’t disappoint. Amy was absolutely lovely, professional and went the extra mile. I tried a new treatment and was very satisfied with the service provided. I can see why derma-planing is popular . I was very thankful to have a taster of what micro needling feels like and it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I imagined. What can I say? Had my very first hair topper coloured cut and styled by the lovely Andrea today. She made me feel so at ease (I was a bit nervous) . She took care to make sure I was happy at every stage, when I left the salon I felt on top of the world and so very happy with my new hair topper. It makes me look so much younger and completely disguises my extremely thin/fine balding hair. Thank you so much Andrea, you are a gem.

Came in today for the first time as I have recently moved to the area. The atmosphere was so lovely and the salon is very welcoming. All staff were so friendly as I entered. Ellie did my hair today and was so lovely from start to finish checking I was happy with the length of the cut and the style as well as having a lovely chat about our lives. Koko hairdressers in Guildford Surrey are far the best !! Their attention to detail is immense !! Fantastic friendly staff , you feel a sense of warmth and uniqueness from the moment you walk through the door. I have my haircut by Ciara who I have to say is extremely talented !! I am never disappointed with the cut and finish on my hair !!❤️ I haven't hair coloured by Milly May whom is very personable and Always listens to what I'd like !! Yesterday I had an appointment with Milly and I had such a great time! I have a pretty difficult hair, as it was pink for many years, but now I wanted to change the colour. Milly was so professional all this time, and we took many sessions before to discuss what exactly we can do, the expectations and how we're going to do it. She did so much research and honestly, it's so appreciated to have a hairdresser who does that and really cares for your hair, thinking about it more like a project and not another day at work. In the end, removing the pink from my hair was the mission of a couple of other stylists at the salon. It's really nice to go somewhere, where the atmosphere is so friendly across staff, and they ask each other questions and second opinions and cooperate to give you the best service. Previously I went to Koko as well for haircuts and now if I ever have to go to another salon, I just show them a pic of myself with a haircut from Koko, because I loved it so much! I think it's the best hair salon in Guildford (I went because I got it recommended by someone else too) and I really enjoy going there. Shame I always kept on losing my loyalty card with stamps and had to get a new one every time, but now it's digital, so that's great too, lol.

My son recently went in for a cut and colour. He suffers with anxiety and was treated so wonderfully by all the staff. He told me he found himself happily engaging in conversation for the hours long visit he had. Which is unlike him. Not only were the staff friendly and accommodating, he left the salon beaming because they had done such an incredible job with his hair. Safe to say this will be his permanent hair salon.
