I have been getting my lashes done with Kat for over 2 years. Every time I leave I am extremely happy with how they look and with how long they last for. The whole team are lovely and friendly and I always feel welcome when I go there. Can’t recommend enough!

Jayne and her team are just amazing. I was diagnosed with cancer last year Jayne, Emma, Cat and Christina have made me feel amazing at every visit, they have not only laughed and cried with me but adapted how my treatments are given making sure I am comfortable physically and mentally each time going above and beyond every time. Serendipity is a very special space for me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Sorry ladies your stuck with me now 😘

Lovely little salon, greeted with a smile on arrival, then offered a drink that was presented nicely. Today, I had the luxury gel manicure, which I highly recommend! This consisted of a shape and file, hand scrub, hot mittens, gel polish then a hand massage. Emma was very knowledgeable and friendly! All the ladies were so welcoming, it's a small but lovely environment. First time here today, but it won't be my last!

Several treatments over time with these lovely people at serendipity Merstham and always totally satisfied. Jayne excelled with a massage she gave me for a trapped nerve in my leg. There was a vast improvement after my treatment.
