Today was the first time I have been to Rita's, I am extremely happy that I did. The atmosphere was lovely and I was welcomed and offered a drink. I met Angel who did my hair was cornrow with a some extension. Angel did such a wonderful job I hadn't even realised she had started. The cornrows are neat and tidy and very secure without any pain, those who know know. Had a lovely conversation and it felt therapeutic. I would highly recommend Angel, would be nice to see Rita's full but not to full that I couldn't get another appointment.

Angel braided my hair this week and I was kindly welcomed in and offered a tea or coffee,this was honestly the first time I have relaxed having my braids done and the results were amazing. I came in with a very complex cornrow idea for the front of my hair and Angel executed it perfectly!! I am so so happy with my hair and everyone I have shown loves it, the treatment from the staff was amazing and I reccomend everyone to come to Rita’s to get their hair done, will definitely be back!!!

Had braids done by Keisha and I absolutely love them. She was quick, professional and really knows her braids. Gave me some really good advice for maintenance and I haven't left with pain from too tight braids which is a first. Highly recommend 😍

Had a brilliant time at Rita’s and hair looks great. Love the atmosphere. Great music and conversation. I had my hair dyed burgundy. Went in for a testing with Angel who helped me choose the colour. And then had the final colouring done with Rita who is a world class hairdresser. Always feel really taken care of and it’s nice to go to a hairdresser who can work with coarser hair types like my own. Always a wonderful experience going to this hairdresser.

This was my first time at Ora (birthday treat by my wonderful friend) and made to feel welcome immediately by Ruby and the girls. Due to illness and side effects of medication, my hair (amongst other things) has been badly affected and significant hair loss has been a real issue. Sophie was just amazing, taking the time to talk to me, she has genuine understanding and empathy of the negative, upsetting feelings this evokes. Sophie took the time to talk through even the basics, such as whether I could cope with head massage during washing/temperature sensitivity etc and made me feel so comfortable and safe with her that when asked what style I wanted, I literally said ' do whatever you think is best' and it was the best choice I could have made! Sophie did a fantastic cut, finished beautifully and has made me feel so more confident and positive. I've had so many compliments and can't believe that a haircut has had such a massive impact. I'm truly grateful and appreciative of her skill but even more for her understanding and kindness. Thank you so much xx

Took our 6 year old here a couple of weeks ago as his hair was in need of some serious TLC and attention. Trudi is very professional and great with kids. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and gave our boy’s afro the treatment it long needed. Will definitely be coming back.

I've been coming here for a while now and I went today. Maz does m hair and she always has time, before doing it to have a chat about how it's looking and feeling and then she gives me great advice in my colour. I always come out really happy. Today she also cut the front of my little girl's hair, for free! Both of the sisters are lovely, the salon is nicely decorated and comfortable, all the products make my hair smell amazing and feeling great!

I called the salon today, as I've recently started working in the area. I didn't think I would get a slot as its the busy Christmas period. The girls managed to fit me in straight away, which was lovely & unexpected. The salon has such a lovely atmosphere about it & the staff are such lovely girls! Destiny gave me a cut & style and also educated me on a couple tips to do with my hair. I felt super comfortable in this salon, as if I was round my mates. My first visit today. Had a curly hair cut with Maria. I loved my visit and would highly recommend visiting if you have curly hair especially. I felt as though my curls were understood and not a hassle to detangle like normal salons or those that don’t offer this type of service. Maria was a joy to speak to and made my experience really comfortable. That hour flew by! Thanks again and I’ll be back 😊

100% recommmend, I was very skeptical after experiencing bad balayage and cut at another salon. I was amazed at the kindness and ability of Beth, as soon as I sat in the chair I felt heard and instantly relaxed. I have come out confident and over the moon with my new colour and cut. My wife has been attending Salonis for a number of years and has been so pleased with the high standard of service she has received from all staff each time. Daisy has done such a fab job with my lashes!! I hadn’t had lash extensions for quite a few years so was slightly skeptical to have them done again but Daisy listened to me, went as a natural as possible, was very friendly and welcoming throughout the treatment and has done me a great set of cashmere lashes. Daisy was also very honest with me about booking through a deal yet paying full price, she has arranged for credit to be added to my account for next time to reimburse me, which meant a lot. i can’t recommend this salon enough. i came in with severely tangled hair at the roots thanks to a poor hair extension application from another place (not glamour garage). after just a few hours, jess had completely transformed my hair and it looks as good as new. she also advised against bleaching my hair because it’s too damaged from the badly applied extensions, which i really appreciate—it shows she genuinely cares about her clients. i’m so so grateful, thank you so much jess

First time I’ve been to a hairdressers for many, used to do my own highlights and cuts, but as menopausal hormones are kicking in just can’t be bothered to cut my own hair now, have tried on several occasions to do me a highlights or even a tent with no success look more like a Loompa out of Charlie chocolate factory😟 I’m one of the many weird ones that’s loves going to the dentist at the hairdressers, very nervous. however, plucked up the courage to book an appointment with the trainee hairdresser Harley. It after turning my hair orange again very pleased and happy overjoyed and look like a real woman after the success Harley made of my lowlight. Have already pre-booked for a trim in a few weeks and can’t wait to be back in that chair for a good old chinwag. Thank you, Harley. You should be proud of yourself. I am proud of what you’ve done..

I have been going to Samantha James for 12 years now. I cannot fault their service. Staff are always friendly, attentive and welcoming. Amelia cuts and colours my hair. She is a great stylist and colourist. I can highly recommend her. She also cuts my teenage son's hair and he is very particular about his hair!!

Made a last minute appt and was asked if I minded a junior stylist, which I didn’t. I’ve got to say I’m so glad as Harley (prob spelt that wrong sorry) was absolutely brilliant. She really listened to what I wanted and cut my hair with care and precision getting colleagues to check at regular intervals, although I suspect more because she is a perfectionist than anything else as she really didn’t need to. Also such a lovely chatty friendly girl it’s hard not to like her 😃 I am so happy with the results. Have booked back in with Harley for a full head of highlights and cut next month. Can very much recommend this salon, it never fails to deliver.

The Salon is always so welcoming when I come in to get my hair done and my hair dresser Georgie is amazing! I completely trust her and every time she does my hair I absolutely love it! She’s a talented hairdresser and I will never go anywhere else!

Both my daughters had a wash, cut and blow dry. I cannot fault the Glamour Garage, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming especially for my two young girls. Maisie and Beth were patient and have good customer service manner. It is their second hair cut and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, great skill and experience.

Amazing as always! I always use the glamour garage for eyebrows! I got my henna brows done by Millie today! Wow is all I can say. It was extremely busy in there today and she made me feel very welcome, she done a fabulous job on my brows and they look amazing! 🤩 she is very talented! She even went out to the shop to get the drink that I had requested!! Amazing staff, amazing service!! All the girls are very lovely & friendly!! No complaints ❤️
