I had come from oxford and she was absolutely brilliant for fitting me in last minute and was super kind to me when I had to rush out as I had parked my car in front of someone’s drive. I've had a 'back to School' facial and massage which was lovely. Rachael explained each of the products and why she was using them. I have also had a bikini wax and pedicure. Again a similar experience. She's easy to talk to and ask questions about what she's doing. Makes it easy to also say what you'd like. Will definitely be going back.
