I have been getting my haircut at Clay for nearly 15 years and whilst it’s always great, today I had my best haircut yet. I was served by Becky, a new hairdresser at the salon and she was amazing. I only came in for a wet cut, but she took the time to talk through products with me, blow drying techniques and I ended up paying for a full cut and blow dry. I love my hair, and really appreciate the effort that was put into my appointment, despite it initially being only a wet cut. Will definitely be requesting Becky again! Thank you!!

I always have the best experience getting my hair colored by Clara! She always listens to what I would like to achieve. My hair feels and looks much more healthier since taking Claras advice. On top of that, she is always friendly and never makes me feel rushed like salons I have been to before. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and professional hair colorist!

I couldn't be happier with the experience. My daughter's hair is thick and curly, and finding someone who knows how to handle it has always been a challenge. But Jack was incredible! From the moment we walked in, Jack made my daughter feel comfortable and involved her in the decision making. He listened carefully to what we wanted and gave professional advice on what would work best for her curls. My daughter left the salon beaming with joy, and can’t wait to return.

My husband booked my hair up as a surprise Christmas present .. had to cancel coz I was unwell over Christmas .. not a problem at all .. eventually booked it up again just after the New year with Millie .. Now I'm a person who hardly gets my hair done .. I said what I wanted .. Millie gave me her advise and off she went to mix my colour .. I enjoyed her company and my hair looked lovely! As a new client I was a little apprehensive of getting the cut that I wanted but Zoe nailed it. The staff are friendly and you do not need to remortgage to pay the bill. Certainly would recommend Sebastians as a go to place.

Kiera was amazing! She was very friendly, gentle and attentive. I gave her a rough idea of what I wanted my haircut to look like and she cut it beautifully! It was exactly what I was looking for and I would definitely come back again. :) Booking an appointment online was very easy and convenient as well.

I had my Hair done today at the newly renovated Hair and beauty Bar and I couldn't be happier ! From walking in the salon I was greeted by friendly faces that couldn't do enough for me . The salon is absolutely stunning ! My hair colour is honestly the best I've ever experienced. I've had problems in the past with achieving the perfect colour so I just wanted to say thank you I am so happy! And I will be back!!!

**updated review: I have now been coming to Abi and Willow for about a year and I can safely say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are both absolutely lovely and always do an amazing job with my hair. They go above and beyond to be accommodating and welcoming to their clients. I trust them so much with my hair that they will also be doing it for my wedding later this year 😊** I went to the salon for the first time today and was really impressed - Abi and her assistant Willow were lovely and made me feel very welcome. They didn’t rush and did a wonderful job on my neglected hair - I had a full head of foils and a trim and it looks fab. Also the prices are very competitive. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this lovely salon. Thank you!

I am absolutely delighted with my experience with no9 salon. The staff are pleasant with a wonderful atmosphere. I had my eyelash extensions done due to struggling in the morning with health problems so I can just up and leave without a make-up routine and look more cheerful in appearance. The technician who applied my extensions is extremely thoughtful, I was asked which style I would like, asked me what music I would like, spent a good amount of time, was gentle and very talented, I am very happy with the final look. I have been to a different salon in town where swear music was put on without asking me if this was ok and the final look was disastrous. I strongly recommend this technician and am looking forward to trying the hair salon. Thank you Llana 😊

Would highly recommend. Lovely friendly chilled relaxed atmosphere, just like being at a friends house. I had my hair bleached then dyed a funky colour as well as cut. I absolutely love my new look. Although the first time around my hair didn’t take the colour very well. I went back the following week to have the colour re-applied. Thankfully it has taken now. Now I’m in love with my hair! Thank you so much ladies!! Fantastic service!! The photo with only one curl is the finished result. The others were after the first application which resulted in patchiness.

I’ve had the best experience with Abi at the salon@no9 She has gone above and beyond to help me and do what I’d thought never was able to achieve hair wise with my hair, but she smashed it! Darren styled my hair yesterday for a wedding. He listened to what I wanted and took into account what I would be wearing, what suited me and what my hair was like to create a beautiful up-do. My hair is in the best condition it’s ever been. I was feeling very low when I walked in to Darren James Bye. I had been to a couple of local salons previously, both of whom had over-bleached my hair. It was broken and thinning. Darren listened. He reassured me. I didn’t believe him, I thought my hair was ruined. Within a couple of visits, I was smiling again. I can honestly say I am so happy with my hair. I arrived at Emma’s for my hair appointment bewailing the state of my hair. If I so much as looked outside, my hair would frizz up like a brillo pad on steroids. Fortunately Emma had the answer (as always) – the ASP Super Smooth Treatment. I insisted on having the treatment there and then (Emma is very accommodating!) and I’m so glad I did. My hair is now smooth, straight, soft and silky – easy to style and well-behaved when I go out. I’ve had so many compliments and I need to pass them all on to Emma. She’s a star!

Kate has been styling and highlighting my hair for over 10 years. I trust her completely with my hair, which is saying a lot! She is very experienced at cutting, styling and colouring. Kate is very friendly and makes having my hair done a very pleasant experience.

Kate was excellent from the minute I contacted her about doing my hair and make up for my sons wedding. We live in Derbyshire and the Wedding was in Surrey so all contact had to be done remotely until the day itself, and she was really good at responding and keeping In touch. I thoroughly appreciated Kates professionalism, excellent skills and friendliness. She was so friendly and lovely it really helped so much on what was a really big day. My hair looked great, lasted until we left in the early hours without any of it coming down and her assistance and advice with make up was very much appreciated too. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone.
