Letitia the owner is just so lovely. After lots of failed attempts to get my hair colour corrected Letitia listened intently to how I wanted my colour to be and I was not disappointed. I have finally now got the colour I wanted and I’m very happy with the results. The place is so warm and inviting and all staff very friendly. I look forward to returning. I highly recommend Palms.

I always feel (cheesy I know!) like a new person after my full head of blonde highlights and bob cut! Tish does an amazing job, the whole team are super friendly, the music is chilled, decor and product lovely. Emma also cut our under 2s hair and was fab! Patient and calm with him. Love that you get a loyalty card too- they really look after you!

I’ve had the best experience with Abi at the salon@no9 She has gone above and beyond to help me and do what I’d thought never was able to achieve hair wise with my hair, but she smashed it! **updated review: I have now been coming to Abi and Willow for about a year and I can safely say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are both absolutely lovely and always do an amazing job with my hair. They go above and beyond to be accommodating and welcoming to their clients. I trust them so much with my hair that they will also be doing it for my wedding later this year 😊** I went to the salon for the first time today and was really impressed - Abi and her assistant Willow were lovely and made me feel very welcome. They didn’t rush and did a wonderful job on my neglected hair - I had a full head of foils and a trim and it looks fab. Also the prices are very competitive. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this lovely salon. Thank you!

Would highly recommend. Lovely friendly chilled relaxed atmosphere, just like being at a friends house. I had my hair bleached then dyed a funky colour as well as cut. I absolutely love my new look. Although the first time around my hair didn’t take the colour very well. I went back the following week to have the colour re-applied. Thankfully it has taken now. Now I’m in love with my hair! Thank you so much ladies!! Fantastic service!! The photo with only one curl is the finished result. The others were after the first application which resulted in patchiness.

I am absolutely delighted with my experience with no9 salon. The staff are pleasant with a wonderful atmosphere. I had my eyelash extensions done due to struggling in the morning with health problems so I can just up and leave without a make-up routine and look more cheerful in appearance. The technician who applied my extensions is extremely thoughtful, I was asked which style I would like, asked me what music I would like, spent a good amount of time, was gentle and very talented, I am very happy with the final look. I have been to a different salon in town where swear music was put on without asking me if this was ok and the final look was disastrous. I strongly recommend this technician and am looking forward to trying the hair salon. Thank you Llana 😊

The salon was incredibly helpful with regards to the PCR Travel tests, Chantal went above and beyond to help out and made the whole experience stress-free and as pleasant as can be. Definitely recommend and will return for PCR Travel tests.

I feel like this place is my second home as I come here on such a regular basis for treatments. The staff are without exception friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring - Chantal is always looking for innovative treatments to provide to clients as well as being a tutor to other nail technicians and aestheticians. Chantal Beauty is not a spa environment, Chantal Beauty is a results driven, machine toting, no nonsense, fix your face and body theatre environment! Yes, they do nails, eyelashes, tinting, brows and all of that pampering stuff and they do it very very well indeed but as well as those (I have proper brows now) I really come here mainly for the serious face maintenance business and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

Going to the Hair and beauty bar was a wonderful experience, Everyone was very nice and welcoming, my Hairdresser took her time to get my hair just right, The hairdressers are very skilled and I'm happy to say that they managed to cut very thick and straight hair which has always a been challenge for many hairdressers I've went to before. Jill Lenihan at Gielly Green is the queen of layers! She did an awesome layered cut on long hair and a fabulous blow dry. Jill carefully listened to what I was looking for and once we agreed on the haircut, she very skillfully delivered. The photos speak for themselves. My hair still looks great several weeks later.

Finally found an eco friendly salon in Dorking! I've been coming to Unparalleled Hair for about 6 months now and have been really happy with the service I've received. Emma (the owner) is brilliant and her attention to detail and advice with my colour and cut has always made me feel very comfortable. All the staff are so lovely and I always feel very welcomed by all. Most importantly I'm very happy with the cut and colour! Would highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Emma for a few years now. She’s fantastic. Always kind and caring and, of course, great with hair. I have curly hair (3a) and have always struggled to find a hairdresser who understood how to work with it. Until Emma. Since seeing her, my curls are behaving much better. On top of that, the colouring work she does (to hide my greys) is top quality and the salon tries to be as eco friendly as possible. Can’t recommend her enough.
