I visited with my sister on 5.10.24 and managed to have a quick wash/blow dry with lovely Sarah, who I had seen last December on a similar impromptu visit. Once again had a lovely blow dry, hair looked great, Sarah is very friendly and caring and I look forward to seeing her again. I visit my sister in Tunbridge Wells from Northampton, otherwise this would be my local salon. Thank you.

Stacy has been cutting and colouring my hair for many years now. I have a short bob and it is always cut well. She’s helped me to be adventurous with colour and I love my current colour. The Best!

Gemma is amazing when it comes to cutting curly hair, which is very hard to find! She made me feel super comfortable & the last haircut I got was just before my wedding so it made me feel more confident! Highly recommend! Very nice atmosphere at Natasha Hodges Hair & everyone was friendly!

I absolutely love this salon. The staff are all welcoming and knowledgeable. The salon itself is gorgeous, their seasonal decor has to be seen. A visit to Natasha is as good as a visit to a spa to relax and reset. I always feel amazing when I walk out the door, whatever’s happening next I have great hair! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I wanted to share that I’ve found the most amazing hair salon. Firstly because the cut (Natasha) is superb. Patient sectioning and precision cutting provided an absolutely brilliant correction to the mess made - when I attended a previous salon. Secondly because the whole wash - massage chair/scalp was completely relaxing and comfortable and professional. Finally the products selected suited my hair type. I’m so relieved to have found Natasha Hodges.

Amy is lovely, she's obviously expert at what she does, as well as my regular eyebrow shaping and tinting I had a great facial and will definitely be booking another one soon. She's also great to chat to, makes you feel super comfortable and relaxed.

I couldn’t recommend Rosie highly enough! From my first communication with her she has been very friendly and helpful. I needed a colour correction which I didn't believe could be fixed but Rosie worked her magic and I now have a beautiful natural balayage! My Zoom call with Rosie was great - she was professional, friendly and very thorough. She clearly has a lot of experience in grey blending and took her time to explain how the process works. I had Eleanor and Chloe do my hair and makeup for my wedding. They provided me with a chilled trial, helping me create exactly what I had in mind and they also recreated this look on my wedding day. They are both insanely good at what they do and one of my favourite things about the day when I look back on it, is my hair and makeup. They are both lovely people and I recommend them highly for what they do and the service provided by the hair and makeup bar :)

Elle did my make up and hair for my wedding in August and I couldn’t recommend her more. Elle is so knowledgable and professional, and is also just a lovely person who made me feel very comfortable. As someone who usually chucks on a bit of concealer and mascara, Elle understood that I wanted to feel a bit glamorous but also look like myself and she nailed it. We changed a few things from the trial and Elle was really accommodating. She also did all 5 of my bridesmaids hair too and they were all super happy and look amazing! Elle was super easy to work with on the day, helping us all feel comfortable, slotting into the busy morning and working with the photographer and videography. Can 100% recommend!💖

I’ve been coming to the make up and hair bar for about two years for various treatments (nails, hair styling and make up) and each time has always been amazing. Elle was absolutely INCREDIBLE - couldn’t have asked for anyone better for my wedding day. She was super professional but she had a laugh with us all too. She did my hair, my 8 bridesmaids’ hair and even squeezed my mum in unexpectedly at the end too, and we all absolutely LOVED our hair. I’ve just had the best facial with Kathryn .. my skin feels wonderful & I’m so relaxed. First time at 21 & what a lovely suprise after my treatment , tea & sorbet await me by a comfortable low bed that massages you along with a comforting neck warmer … I could have honestly stayed all afternoon. Booked next month & feel I’ll be a good customer at 21. Every member of staff I’ve met have been so helpful pleasant & professional. Thank you .

We recently took our child to 21... Aveda for a haircut, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, the staff was friendly and patient, making sure my little one felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The stylist was fantastic, taking the time to listen to what we wanted and giving great suggestions for a style that would work well with my child's hair texture. My kid loves it, and I’m so happy with how it looks!

This is the third time I've been to L.A Hair studio in Tunbridge Wells. The new salon is fantastic and centrally located. The quality of the products is excellent. Leigha is a very talented hairstylist.She suggested a beautiful haircut that suited well to my facial features. I absolutely love it! I strongly recommend her!

Megan was able to 'overhaul' my previous colour, as a colour had been growing out & emerging grey needed covering too. Great level of consultation, and a confident feeling of not only what she has done this time, but what we plan to do moving forward on the following appointment too. Real feeling of being 'treated' with massage chair & excellent head massage too at the sinks.

I took part in Ellies classic eyelash training earlier this month. I wanted to say what a great experience this was. Ellie is not only very knowledgeable about her craft, she is a very good teacher. I did not feel rushed or stressed and really enjoyed her teaching me. As a result I have come away feeling more than confident to carry out my case studies and provide treatments to my clients.
