Staff are friendly attentive and professional. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Best advice given for hair styles etc . Prices extremely reasonable and affordable. Would recommend this salon wholeheartedly.

The best salon I’ve ever been to! Friendly staff, excellent colour & cut. I was so impressed from start to finish. I had my hair done a few weeks ago here & was so happy with the results. I was struggling to find a hairdresser who could do what I wanted. I had been into 2 salons in Snodland, one said they could not fit me in but was happy to discuss talking about colouring my hair, the other salon in Snodland was abrupt, they were rude on the phone, when I went in & all the hairdressers in there just stared at me, shoved the patch test on me at the door & said they said they couldn’t colour my hair & I’d have to go back to dark, which is not what I wanted, it was an awful experience all round! I was a little reluctant to try anywhere else after they’d been so rude but I thought I’d ring round & see. Topiary’s was polite, friendly & professional on the phone, inviting me down for a skin patch test the next day. When I arrived the next day, everyone was friendly in there, welcoming smiles, the girl who did my patch test sat me down & did a proper consultation, discussing everything with me, all my options & giving her professional opinion. I left some strands of hair with them for testing to see how the colour would take. I left there feeling very confident that they’d be able to get my hair how I wanted it. When I had my appointment, they were a great bunch, everyone friendly, funny & they were professional throughout. I had an option of colours from strand tests of my hair & they again, talked me through it, explaining in detail how each would take, how long it would last, being completely honest with me. They were more than happy to attempt my wacky green hair colour idea. The colour come out well, & looked absolutely stunning. The cut was perfect as well, she went over it at the end to make sure I was completely happy. They spent time doing my hair, they didn’t rush & they put a lot of care into it. I was there for a good few hours & they made me feel comfortable & reassured throughout. They gave me advice on how to look after the colour & an extra pot of green to do the up keep if I wanted to in between, I think most salons would’ve booked me in for the top up, so I was impressed they were honest with that as well. I even managed to squeeze in getting my eyebrows waxed too & she was incredibly friendly & did a great job too. My hair felt & looked great when I left there & I left happy after being treated so well. My hair still feels & looks great weeks later. I love the base colours they used. I will definitely go back & would highly recommend this salon to anyone 💚💚💚💚💚💚
