Charlee has been fantastic.I have had botox and fillers,and really happy with the results,especially the lips.I was nervous about having my lips filled from a previous establishment,as it was so painful,but she made sure I was completely numbed,and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Will never go anywhere else now,and would 100% recommend without hesitation.Thank you Charlee.

The girls were super helpful and reassuring when I called up, then pre-appointment advice was clear and I was made to feel so welcome when I arrived in their lovely Canterbury salon. Charlee was amazing; she has such a warm, infectious energy and put me immediately at ease in her company. The treatment itself was incredible and she went out of her way to tailor it to my specific concerns, which she addressed with genuine compassion and extreme sensitivity, something that made a huge difference. Karis was an absolute delight, greeting me with an enormous smile and suggesting specific treatments I might enjoy when I asked her for guidance. The experience was such a boost to my confidence and I'm already booked up to go back. You don't get this sort of service very often. Charlee and Karis have created something really special. Canterbury really lucked out 🫶

I had a bouncy blow dry with Chapette’s new apprentice ‘Scarlett’ last week and was super impressed. She was friendly, confident and amazing, working her magic on my unruly hair!! Great addition to the team, I think her blow dry bar will be big competition in town!! Go Scarlett!
